The absolute worst employees. No accountability for their inability to perform their job.

I wish they would remember to unlock the lobby door on time. Nothing worse than making the trip there and bring locked out.

I accidently had the package delivered to the wrong address. While I didn't panic, I went to the USPS and was kindly treated with great care. They took down some info regarding how to contact me and they were able to re-route my package to the correct location, 48hrs after the fact. I appreciate the service!

Employees at the window are very helpful. But, when I have a different mail carrier, than my regular, they don't care to check mailing addresses to houses or street addresses, which causes me to either walk to hand deliver or red circle the address and put back for next day. It doesn't seem to be to difficult to match mailing address to house address, maybe it is for some who don't care.

Parking is a big nightmare. Hope they have reserved few parking spots on the street or the big space they have reserved for them. Service is better than Hillsdale. ButIt's t's like going to visit someone in a jail or something. Why not change the counters?

If I could have given this post office zero stars, I would have, but Google would not let me. If you want friendly, efficient service--and a parking spot--go to the Emerson Post Office opposite Stop & Shop on Kinderkamack Road. If you want reliable mail delivery, move out of Westwood. Here are some July problems experienced in my neighborhood: 7/2 no mail, 7/6 mail delivered at 7:05pm, 7/9 mail delivered at 7:15pm, 7/10 no mail, 7/11 no mail, 7/15 mail delivered at 5:54pm, 7/20 mail delivered at 7:35pm, 7/21 mail delivered at 7:25pm. 7/23 mail delivered at 6:39pm, 7/24 no mail, 7/25 no mail, 7/28 no mail, 7/29 mail delivered at 8:15pm, 7/31 no mail. Some carriers also deliver packages which they throw onto residents' front steps or lawns. And often, mail addressed to a street two blocks away is delivered to an address on this street. Phone calls to the local post office apparently wind up in the "circular file," though whoever answers the phone (a clerk, not a supervisor--supervisors don't take phone calls) is polite.

Great experience all the time. The employees have been very helpful. As with any post office don’t expect to be waiting for less than a minute. Keep in mind most of the time customers are mailing in stuff without the slightest clue how to package them. They can look up which envelopes to use before they hold up the lines. I can understand why there may be hold ups based on the reviews. The older gentlemen is very professional and understands his job very well. There’s never been any mix ups or delAys with my packages. He goes above and beyond at all times.

My wife went in to try and mail a package. She tried to ask for the brown envelopes, since there wasn't a need for priority or express. William said it was over 13 oz and therefore needed the priority envelopes to ship. When my wife finished filling out the label information, he rudely told her he had directed her to use priority envelopes, not priority express and refused to explain further, even though she was confused. We went to another post office. The package was 12.8oz. We didn't need the priority envelopes.tl;dr: Would've been fine if he took the time to explain or weigh the package. But he didn't. And had a nasty attitude while incompetently performing his job. If you see William at the window, go to another post office. He was also rude to a kid who didn't know he didn't have enough postage. :(

Not always the best, but they tend to be extremely patient and do their best to help you send packages. They are especially patient during the holidays but can be a bit slow.

They have the oldest and the about to retire people at the front desk. That's why it takes forever to get anything done and why there's always a long line the persons at the front desk for the past ten times I've been there all work extremely slow it's as if they get paid by the hour and are milking the system overtime
