“My experience at this place is really graceful because with the appointment of AURA ENCARNACIÓN as manager, and ÁNGEL LORENZO, as super, things here are going perfectly, since everything is reflected in a wonderful job, with perfect coordination and friendly, elegant and respectful treatment of all the inhabitants and visitors. The truth is that the peace and the harmony that is currently experienced here are worthy of taking as an example to follow. I hope that for everyone's sake this model, which works so well, is not changed. Sincerely Luz Mora Apt. 402”
“5 stars because of our new superintendent Gene. He has been getting the job done. The grounds finally look clean especially the dumpster area 😳. If you need something fixed he is on it as quick as he can be. Gene is so friendly and outgoing. I have to say I’ve been almost 12 years and the place hasn’t looked better.”

“Amando was the difference maker in our decision to move to Avalon Wharton. He was very inviting, sweet and knowledgeable. He has been helpful and available for every part of the leasing and moving process. I looked at a 6 different rentals and Amando was always available and most accommodating so we felt the most comfortable with him and Avalon. Thanks again Amando.”
