“Would give more stars to Pasquale in service if I could. Changed my oil, rotated my tires, and fixed 2 recalls on my Bronco in one day. Last time I had a recall the performance ford in Randolph took 40 days. He was so nice, and helpful and made sure everything being done to my car would be covered by ford. Super honest. Took me from never wanting a ford again after working with Randolph to considering a Ford again when my lease is up.”

“Went in Monday morning for an alignment and corner balancing after installing coilovers. Mo was super helpful and super friendly when I pulled up to the shop. Explained what was going to be done, asked questions regarding my style of driving and what I was looking for. His team got the car done same day and what a difference. Able to take corners much faster and the car actually feels the same between turning to the left or the right. Very much highly recommend the shop and will definitely be returning in the future.”

“Sending a HUGE THANK YOU. I had been camping for three days and stopped at Watkins Glen to snap a picture with my daughter. Little did I know my tire was completely flat. Being almost 5 hours from home on a Sunday night at 7 pm, Knowing everything was closed, I was very nervous and not sure what to do. The guys approached me and offered to help immediately. They took off my tire and put the doughnut on so I could get somewhere safe with my daughter and not be stranded at 7 pm on a Sunday night. Thank you so much. “Where do I begin? I picked up a project 07 Monte Carlo ss that I knew needed a transmission rebuild. Rob was very familiar with the parts that needed to be upgraded in the 4t65e which is prone to failing in these cars and gave me a very fair price on all the work they did. They changed several axles and mounts which all needed to be fixed as well and were very diligent with their work. The result is the car is the car is running like a brand new 07 ss and shifting very smooth in all gears. Puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it. Thank you Rob and team for the awesome job you did on this car!”

“My vehicle was towed here after a low speed collision by choice of my insurance company. C&L answered all of my questions, even questions they could’ve pointed me towards my insurance provider for, they were happy to answer (which saved me a lot of time I would’ve had to spend dealing with insurance). The work was done very quickly and at an amazing rate. I have lived all over the east coast, from Florida to Maine, and I have never seen a lower and fairer hourly rate. The repair was a bumper replacement, a repair I’d had done literally 2 months earlier at a different shop when my neighbor backed into my vehicle. That repair cost 2.5k, this repair cost 1.5k and it looks just as good, if not better. What else is there to say? Amazing work. Plus they completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule, over a holiday weekend. I will be coming to C&L for all my body work in the future.”
