Costco is my favorite wholesale membership club store. It used to be BJ's followed distantly by Wally World owned Sam's Club. Costco doesn't play games with their associates like Sam's Club does. Everyone provides better customer service than the wage slaves at Sam's Club. I know that if there is an issue with a purchase at Costco that it will get resolved immediately. The selection is much better here at Costco than I've ever seen at Sam's Club. BJ's Wholesale Club is close to what Costco offers, but I give Costco the edge since they have Fever Tree beverages available as well as a few other key items like their cilantro lime marinated cocktail shrimp and whatnot.

Store seems ok, but parking is atrocious and the local drivers should be sent back to driving school. It would be best to shop here on foot! Wife loves Costco, but if it was me I'd never return to any Costco anywhere. Always overcrowded and overpriced and every visit regretful. Just awful!

Just had the worst experience. I used my boss' Costco card to pick up some things for his business. I had no problem coming into store. They let me right in. I grabbed items in my cart. I had a family cut in front of me with a cart full of items and then they only buy 3 things. It was my turn at register and they scanned my card and they said I need a membership since it was my boss' and items were for his business. He has a business account. The horse looking cashier gave me a hard time and I left all the items

Not worth the membership and crowd hassles. Products are high end or large quantities. Not what I buy. Got a refund and will not be back!

We asked for a manager to see if I fit on a bicycle that's tied up! They refused to get a manager and refused to help! Some other guy who works there came and started an argument with us! Your customer service skills are terrible!

Costco in Wharton was a wonderful adventure However executives need to send their team to see what the new management has done to this store. Entrance and Exits are blocked with locked doors and carriages are filled on the sidewalk around the outside of the store! Displays of flowers are shoved and block the store entrances !! When you enter the store if you walk 2 feet you will be blocked with displays of merchandise The store layout has different products scattered all over the store ! Ice cream is in 3 different cases ! When you ask staff for an item they walk all over to find it because it is not where it belongs! And they cannot find it! I went to the store on a Sunday and you could not enter the store because merchandise and tables with promo give ways were in the middle of the isle! Staff was exiting the entrance with large equipment ! I then decided to go at night and the last 2 weeks the store had less people more pallets of merchandise that were wrapped in plastic and sitting in the middle of the isles! And their were only 3 cashiers and I was told the self check was only for 10 items ! It took me 29 minutes to check out I also complained to the management before this review and nothing changed things! Boycott this Costco maybe upper management will review the store practices !!! So upset !!!

Store front manager has lack of customer service. My wife normally does these shoppings as I travel a lot for work and have limited time but she had a back surgery and has yet to recover enough to make these large size purchases. I've come into the store a few times to shop since the surgery but today the cashier said is "(wife's name)" with you? (We have one card with her name) I said no. She processed to call the manager (Rosa) and (cashier) said I'm sorry we have a new manager and is cracking down on nonmembers. The manager came and I told her we are a household and I'm the spouse. We have the same last name and am happy to provide any documentation. She asked if I have a card and I responded no since she normally does the shopping. She asked for my license and walked away. Came back and said I don't have a card and need to come in with her to get me on the system. I told her yes I've mentioned I don't have one, my wife is unable to shop right now and need some essentials for our toddlers. I asked can I purchase this and come back next time with her to resolve the issue. She said no, you need a card and cannot be here if your not a member. I'm sorry ma'am my wife and I are members. My apologies for not having a card but have some compassion that my wife is not well and we need things for our toddlers. I understand you have the legal right to deny my purchase since I did not set up our membership correct but to know someone that has such a poor, unprofessional, untrained way of acting towards a customer is embarrassing for a company of this size. Costco should really take better part in training employees with better customer service. Specially if it's a manager. I honestly am considering trying out BJ's. What a shame to see these employees with poor training in higher positions. (Wharton NJ)

Like the Wharton Costco, can usually find what I need.Started out as a pharmacy customer because my dogs meds were 98$:at CVS And 14$ at Costco.Found that Michael the pharmacist and staff really helpful .Can get busy like any store.Have gotten great buys and gotten to know the checkout people as mostly friendly and happy. You can't beat the warrenties on most things. Also use the tire center and have had them beat tire rack and Walmart pricing..If you need the ShopRite is across the street so get double the shopping done in one trip.Tge only thing is the gas lines can get you glommed up a bit.but mostly tolerable.

I was coming back from Hamburg and needed gas, so I stopped by a new Costco. It wasnt too crowded so I decided to see if they sold wine for a couple parties coming up. I couldnt find any on my walk through, but they did have a better selection of clothes, cheeses, sale prices, and baked goods. I was chatting with a worker by the frozen foods to ask if I had missed a wine or spirits section and she said nope. They do not sell alcohol, but Wayne did. So I finished shopping for some new winter clothes, was SOSOOO happy that cinnamon rolls were Finally back in stock at the bakery and headed off to Costco in Wayne. Parking here was a pleasure, everyone I spoke to had a friendly word for me, and the store itself was clean and well stocked. Id be happy to revisit when Im in the area again!
