I am regular COSTCO shopper for the past 30 years and love it. But every time I use their pharmacy it’s a bad experience. Yesterday my doctor called in a prescription. We went to pick up the lady says there no prescription. First actually they went on a break and after waiting for half hour she says no prescription?? When we insisted to check for all options then she came back that oh it’s in voicemail box. Then they asked to wait for another 15 minutes and then gave.
Total unprofessional and denting Costco name. We don’t use Costco pharmacy for that very reason but yesterday local Walgreens was closed.

The pharmacy used to be great and I always raved about the customer service. Not any more, the people are short and rude. There are plenty of choices out there, so I suggest you find a place that values your business.

Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. My prescriptions are filled quickly and I receive a text when they’re ready.

Nancy S is very rude. First she gave me wrong answer about pricing and quantity of my prescription. Then I tried looking for coupon and I found one. I told her that I have an coupon. She said it might not work. I was like would you please mind try to apply. She become very angry and said “if you have something like that you have to give us early that saves our time.”

I purchased my new puppy’s monthly meds and had a terrible experience. They ordered the meds and I returned 2 weeks after they were to be in.. they told me they didn’t have a script and looked further and found it after I insisted I had one, had the wrong birthdate and name. I stopped 3 times and finally was ready over an hour later! Their excuse was that they were busy with immunizations. I would never get my prescriptions there with all the mistakes I experienced!

Rosa was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful as I tried to fill my prescription today. I will not be using Costco pharmacy again, looking forward to taking my business elsewhere. She refused to utilize my insurance claiming the prescription was “filled somewhere else”.We called the doctors office and confirmed the prescription was only sent to this location. They continued to refuse to assist me and forced me to pay full price.I understand systems not working correctly but the extremely rude attitude from Rosa was unacceptable. She has no business working in a customer service role and should be terminated immediately. 0 stars, worst customer service I have ever received.

People like Mrs. Nancy are very despicable with clients, especially with Hispanics people , the service they give is very poor and unprofessional and there are no personnel available, they should know how to manage their times in the prescriptions and be more professional.

I had my Covid booster here yesterday. I was a walk-in so I thought I would have a long wait. I was seen very quickly, and Geeta, the pharmacist who administered the dose, was so pleasant. I had a lot of anxiety about getting the shot and she really put me at ease. All the techs were really nice as well.

I went to the pharmacy at 1:45 pm on a Saturday and was told by the pharmacist that I had to, “come back later because we’re about to take a lunch break.” Really?

We have been filling our dog's medication here and we are very happy. The cost is significantly less and the pharmacist is very helpful. We wait maybe 10 minutes to have a new script filled.

I have a newborn screaming in the car waiting for me and I've been here for a half an hour waiting for generic eye drops for pink eye and they can't seem to help me out. NEVER going here again. I'll still shop at Costco but not using their pharmacy!
