“I lost my beloved daddy unexpectedly in late October. I didn't need or have to do my research on which funeral home to go to; I don't know why, but aside from the convenience of Bermingham being only a few mins away from us, I just knew that this would be the place where I'd honor my father one day when he passes away. While I'm still in shock and disbelief that my father's passing happened like this and far too soon, Brian's warmth and care in helping me arrange his funeral eased the grieving process, especially when Brian knew and recognized my dad who was such a local fixture as a runner, biker, and athlete around town. Being at Bermingham felt like home. Brian went above and beyond by ALWAYS answering my every phone call and email, promptly posting the obituary, meeting my personalized requests, and even going the extra mile by dropping by our house to pick up my father's photos/memorabilia before the funeral and even dropping off daddy's flowers to the house after his viewing for the repass! I will also never forget the unbelievable little touch that he did on my father's casket that brought tears to my eyes and still does, all without me even asking or suggesting that he'd do such a kind and sweet thing. Steve is also lovely. While my heart is still heavy and broken in mourning, I cannot thank Brian and Steve enough for everything they did for me and my daddy.”
