Extremely poor customer service. I waited for an extended amount of time at the drive thru window, just for the manager to come to the window tell me that the teller is busy and not help me.

Just wanted to cash a check, walked in, only one teller waiting on a group and people waiting at the drive up window as well. In line for 25 minutes and still not at the counter. This is not the first time this has happened at this branch. I had to leave, needed to be somewhere. Never got to cash my check. Unacceptable. Not the tellers fault. It's on the branch. Hire more people!!! I will be going to Rockaway or Denville NJ branches from now on. I miss the Location that they closed on Rt 10 in Randolph NJ..that was the best location and service.

Best branch! Everyone there is very helpful whenever I go to there to make a deposit or for other banking matters! Highly recommend!

I had quick service here and they helped me solve a huge financial problem I had. Jose was a great help and checked with another associate Katie to ensure everything was done properly. I was impressed by how polite Jose was, saying each clients name multiple times and asking how they were doing. I found the service very personable. This branch is further from my home, but I will probably come here again instead of the more local branch.

This branch is particular is very lazy and rude branch refuse to help or give any answers, I was a Business customer with multiple accounts and was treated like this I could not imagine having a personal account with them. Rockaway location is much more professional advise to go to them.

Santader Bank is very good bank. Only thing I have problem with is that they don't have small loans to help person to pay off debt so that person will have good credit but that's NOT only santander bank it's all banks. I have been to 3 banks to see if I could get small loan and I was told the only small loan they have is for 5000. Some people don't need that much. All banks should really look at people that are struggling with small debt and try to help them but they help the person that's in alot of debt like 20,000. To 100,000. They get loans it's crazy.?????

Branch mngr is a witch & an idiot. They lie about fees, they charge you to breath, the technology systems are 50yrs beyond antiquated and the customer service is horrible.
