“Easy in easy out. I was moving in the same day. I’ve already been here a year. 5x5 10x10 and 10x 15 are the sizes I believe. In door and out door units. In door are climate controlled. There is some Rv, boat and vehicle outdoor storage. 6a - 10p access is helpful. Clean even the bathrooms are clean. Big elevators, Flat bed dollies, Boxes, packing tape, packing blankets, and plenty of space to store. My only complaint is I wish the doors to the elevator stayed open longer.”

“The Morristown facility is beautiful, convenient, and clean. Each entrance has carts to help you load goods from your vehicle at the various entrances which are like loading bays. The code system is easy and self explanatory, as is the unit set up. You don’t have to engage with staff at all if you don’t want to. I signed my contract online. I took a star off because the reservation process is tedious and they don’t tell you that the day you sign the contract is the day you start being billed. I had to cancel and redo the reservation and it took quite a bit of time. I ended up executing the contract the morning I was moving in and it worked out fine. You can only create a reservation a few days before you need the unit.”

“Had a great move from Picatinny Arsenal to our new place with this company.
They did a FaceTime call to get the estimate. The front office is really nice and completely on top of things. There was a little mix up with the time of the FaceTime and they were so apologetic. We understood cause life happens and it wasn’t a big deal.
Champ, Mike, Tom, and Tyler were on time and so efficient. They were really nice as well. Nothing got broken. I really appreciated their attention to detail.
This company hires veterans and seems to care care of their employees.

“I came to Stowaway after leaving Public Storage and Gil gave me a better rate with a bigger unit than I had before. The unit was quiet and clean and the process to rent the unit was easier. The only reason I left was because I didn’t need the storage unit anymore but if I need a unit again, I know I’ll be returning back to Stowaway!”

“My rate was going up but I also needed to downsize to a smaller unit. I was going to just cancel my account and switch to another facility, but when I called the woman who answered was so helpful and said I can just transfer my account and storage to a new one. I wound up going down that day and with in a half hour, I had a new storage room, and moved my items into the new unit. Laura and Tierney were so helpful, bringing me over to the new unit, processing my paperwork very quickly and allowing me to move from one unit to the other. If I hadn't called I never would have known I could do this. They were both so helpful and courteous, on the phone and in person. Glad I stayed a customer here.”
