We bought carrot chips in this store yesterday. It is $4.99. 2 of them. We tried eating one of the chips and it was spoiled. Then we checked the expiry date. Both were expired. One of the packet expired in Jan 2025 and other one was expired in July 2025. This is not expected from a store like ShopRite. It’s dangerous for kids as they like chips. I have already reported to your customer service desk. They have informed your staff to look into it.

Rich Garcia Manager no intention to help at all. Ask if they had balloons not even tried to help look if they had he just say if you dont see it on the floor we dont have it. Not even saying tried aisle number or anything just stood there and kept talking. Zero Customer service not even attemped to help once

Awful, rude service. Loud, bad driving in lot. Carriages everywhere. I called because I'm coming up for a funeral. A Doreen answered phone. I had a question about a product. She was the rudest shoprite employee I ever spoke to in my 40 years of living in NJ.....just because someone calls and is not in person does not give you right to be rude. Good luck Doreen.

This ShopRite has the WORST produce ever!
I have bought so many watermelon and cantalope but haven't gotten a good one yet.
The other produce is not much better. Not wasting my money anymore. I'll buy at Kings or Acme

Great place love the fact it's open 24 hrs and and have much more different items better buys then any Shoprite ,and great Vegetables, section big hot food center ,and all the people that work there are helpful and nice ,better then going to Sussex County when all there stores close at 9:00pm
Down there the Walmart is even open till 11pm.thsnk you Shoprite if Wharton !!????
