I’ve always had a good experience at this salon, and for the most part, the staff are kind and professional. However, I was very disappointed with how I was treated during my most recent visit. Today I don’t know the name of the nail tech, but she had freckles, black hair with blonde highlights, and wore a flower hair claw.
From the start, she spoke to me in a rude tone, repeatedly telling me not to move. I explained and apologized, letting her know that I have anxiety and sometimes it’s hard to control — but even after I stayed still, she continued speaking to me the same way.
I also noticed that the box of tools she was using didn’t look very clean, which added to my discomfort. She seemed visibly upset or frustrated, but that doesn’t justify treating clients this way. I left feeling anxious and disrespected, which is the opposite of what a salon experience should be.

i had previously gotten my nails done at another place but my acrylic nail broke and it hurt my nail a lot so i came here during my break to get the acrylic taken off. the lady who was working gave me an annoyed face but there was no one there. she did my nails and im assuming the wife’s husband ended up cutting my cuticles and he asked me what color i wanted for gel , didn’t want any of the ugly colors so i chose white and he said ok and started laughing with his coworkers. i was obviously mad and he just kept talking and talking and i wanted to get up and leave. it was 45 in total and i was going to tip but i honestly had a horrible experience so i didn’t and when i gave him exact change he was like okay.. i don’t know why they expect a tip when their service was horrible. a few days go buy and i noticed a weird brown spot on my nails and i went to the doctor and they told me it was fungus. went to the nail salon and said they would give me my money back with a doctors note. ridiculous i payed more for a doctors visit then for my nails which they gave me fungus for it???

Got a manicure from one of the technicians on 11/23 (came home to visit parents- usual nail salon is in annapolis MD). Received a gel removal and gel manicure on natural nails. I get gel q3 weeks and my nails have been so strong. The elder lady whose table is in the middle of the salon filed my nails down so much my nails are paper thin and are all breaking in the corners. I told her not to file too much and told her she was making it too thin. When I was done my nails were able to bend- that is how thin they were. Within the week my nails started breaking about 2-3. Now 12/11, no exaggeration, every single one of my nails has broken or is currently breaking and I have not had a nail break in >1 year. I had to cut the sides of each of my nails and file the sides down to prevent extensive breaking but they are still breaking where the nail itself meets the finger tip. This place does not care about the health of your nails. Extremely disappointed as my natural nails are long and WERE healthy before going here.

We were walk ins. For Mani and pedi’s. Asked for help with a color and they could not have been more rude. Like we were bothering them. There was on customer in the place.
Walked out.

Do not go here!
If I could give less than one star I would. This place is dirty and overpriced. Instrument placed on disgusting carts. No plastic bags in their dirt foot tubs. Mold and soap scum everywhere.
I went here for a pedicure left their bleeding.

Not social able at all. Rude talking non stop people are trying to relax. Very dirty! Don’t go here unless need to. Went here because the place I usually go to was packed.
My gel pedicure took forever. Prices are high 45 for gel pedicure paid 15 for a regular manicure no paint just wanted them cleaned up. Usually not one to complain.

My friend and I went to this nail salon yesterday looking to get a gel fill and a new set of acrylic tips. We were both immediately sat. A technician began doing my nails and another technician put my friend's nails in acetone and hot water to soak her acrylics off in order to put a new set on. As my friend is soaking, a woman comes in and asks for a pedicure. My friend's technician sat the other customer and begins completing her entire pedicure while my friend is sitting there for 45 minutes with her hands in acetone. At this point, the acrylic glue that soaked off her nails has hardened and is all over her hands. She begins peeling off the glue on her hands and nails herself. My technician sees what's happening, and instead of asking another technician to help my friend, she HANDS MY FRIEND A NAIL FILE AND SCRAPER AND TELLS HER TO FILE THEM HERSELF. My friend and I got so upset and told her that we come to a nail salon to GET our nails done, NOT do them ourselves!!! After this, my friend refused to get her nails done at this place so she sat waited for me...my gel refill took 2 1/2 hours!!!!! I asked for ombre French nails, which I did not realize required airbrushing. The airbrushing came out terrible and it looks like someone spray painted my nails. At the end, my technician asked, "Are you two paying together?" after my friend took all her nails off herself and has glue all over her hands! I told her my friend is not paying a dime and she tried to argue with me!!! Then she charged me $65 for a refill!!!! This place is extremely expensive and the staff is very rude. I do not recommend!

The people are very friendly, put the place is way to pricey. I brought in my own nail polish and I asked them to put it in my bag, but they stole it! The nails also took 40 minutes to dry! Never going there ever again.
