Not sure why all the reviews are so negative. We use this location for all our office outgoing mail and they are so sweet, helpfull, and efficient. All yall Karens just love to complain for real.

This Annex constantly lies about the delivery status of packages. Constantly states that deliveries attempted but location closed when the facility is open. Packages more often than not are delivered many days after promised dates with false claims of conditions making packages undeliverable on a given day.

Someone please tell the delivery drivers to follow the speed limit. Or Inform them they are risking our lives with their careless driving. I see it every day. Well not every day because they don’t deliver the mail that often anyway.

This is not really a post office! When you get there, a big sign on the door states that it is an annex for letter carriers and directs visitors to nearby post offices in Wharton and Rockaway. Google should not be listing this facility along with post offices!

CAN'T STAND THIS POSTAL SERVICE.I GET A TEXT SAYING MY ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED WHATEVER DATE IT HAS.THEN CHECK MY E MAIL AND SAYS,UNDELIVERABLE.IMPOSSIBLE IM HOME ALL THE TIME.SOMETIMES THEY WILL DEL8VER BUT L3AVE IT ON THE BOTTOM STAIRS DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO KNOCK AT THE DOOR.I CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CAN'T LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE AT YOUR REGULAR POST OFFICE.SO STUPID SAYING ITS ONLY TO SEND OUT PACKAGE .DISGUSTING SERVICE AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING CAUSE THEY WON'T EVEN PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE
