One of my favorite hotels out here. Large rooms and fair prices. Living room with large tv with chrome cast, kitchen, bedroom with another big tv and nice bathroom. Even the included breakfast is pretty good.

I feel the need to leave a review to counter all the bad reviews I’ve seen for this property. I almost didn’t book this place because of those bad reviews, but am so happy I booked it anyway.
This hotel is perfect for what it’s supposed to be. All the people who left bad reviews seemed to think they were going to a Four Seasons Resort. This is a Hyatt House. It serves a specific purpose, and this place does it amazingly.
The rooms were spacious and well appointed. They were clean enough. Again, you need to know what you’re getting into. This isn’t a high end hotel. It’s a family friendly place that has tons of space and family friendly aspects to the rooms. It was perfect for our trip with our kids. They slept in the 2nd bedroom of our 2 bedroom suite. We were able to make our own dinner in the kitchen area and had a great time.
The pool was awesome. Very nice pool area for a simple hotel like this. Breakfast was great as well and the staff were really accommodating.
Was it the nicest place I’ve been in? No.
Was it the cleanest? No.
But it was perfect for what it was supposed to be.
I highly recommend people go here if they need a place to stay with their family and want great space and a family friendly property.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at the Hyatt House. After initially booking a hotel in Fairfield that unfortunately turned out to be subpar, we were relieved to check into the Hyatt the following morning. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and the housekeeping team was warm and attentive. They even set up a crib for our infant son upon arrival and remembered our names the next day, bringing extra towels and taking care of the dishwasher while we were out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the kitchen staff were frequently attending the buffet. Additionally, the location is perfect—just a short walk from Wegmans, making it easy to pick up groceries. We’ll definitely be returning to this Hyatt House whenever we visit family in the area.

The water temperature went from scalding to freezing every 30 seconds. Made it impossible to enjoy a shower, and I would never stay here again.
Breakfast was good, but the fruit toppings were slightly spoiled/fermented. Overall, I would not recommend, 3/10

Our stay there was great. The rooms are large and clean, which is the most important thing to me at a hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was surprised that there was no ice machine, but the desk person was able to help us out and get us some ice, but having the availability of even one ice machine would be so helpful. I know that the fridge in the room has an ice maker, however, ours did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The rooms are fine aesthetically but smell of mold/mildew. We soon found the source as the AC was dripping into the carpet, they did send maintenance ti fix it promptly though. Charging parking is absolutely ludicrous; it's in Parsippany not in NYC. This felt like a cheap money grab.

I was really looking forward to my stay based on the photos in the listing, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The hotel is quite run-down, and there were several issues during my stay. The room had a noticeable smell, and the air conditioner was very loud and noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The TV didn’t work properly, and we had trouble connecting to the Chromecast. They said they were going to fix it and never did.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the amazing outdoor fire pit, but it was out of order for the entire five days I was there. This was a big disappointment since we were hoping to enjoy some evenings gathered outside. Also the pool was very cold. I’d figure for the last weekend the pool is open for them to heat it so guest can enjoy it. I guess upper management wasn’t thinking about that.
Additionally, the furnishings in the room were worn out—the carpet and ottomans were torn, and the drapes were wrinkled. Overall, the stay was not as good as I hoped it would be, and I was left feeling quite disappointed.
Update: I completely forgot to mention that a suburbia hotel that charges parking $15 dollars a night and $5 for guests to come visit. They snuck that up on us.

Great hotel for long term stays for sim training in Morristown. Full kitchen with seperate bedroom and a few hundred yards from the huge Wegman's grocery store. Not the most modern rooms however but the rest makes up for it.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience.
The hallway and room stink.
GUEST BEWARE. They put a $7 Evian water in the room. I didn't even touch it but was charged after I checked out. I called and they said they'd refund but never did. I ended up disputing the credit card charge.
They charge $15 for parking, which is ridiculous for a suburban hotel. You have to pay via a third party website which makes the whole farce even more shady. If you want to charge for parking, do it legitly and make sure it shows on my hotel bill.
Already filed a complaint. Don't bother respond with your cliche.

First Erica and the rest of the staff were kind and professional. It was a strange stay at best. I arrived at 120p and the room was not available so we left and returns at 10p. Our room was ready however it was awful view and location. It was right by the elevator and when I opened the window I was looking at the back of the hotel sign, roof top covered in bird droppings and an exhaust system. Not what I would hope as a globalist we would be given. No alcohol sold after 11pm. They offered breakfast and it was decent and hot just limited and very watery oatmeal. Parking is $15 a night which is high considering they have a large lot and you must use an app to pay which I said i think for elderly was hard however they said they could help anytime if a guest had an issue. Overall my stay was just ok and I would try once more in hopes it gets better. We had booked a two bedroom two bathroom suite and it was ok appointed.
Rooms: Decent rooms with good space for a family

Rooms were ok. Bar was closed, reportedly due to lack of staff. Isn't that the appeal of this brand? Front desk staff had a rocky start but ended up being friendly. Shuttle doesn't run to local restaurants.

This place is horrible. Fire alarms at 230 am and 5am, I’m a traveling nurse and had to work a 12 hour shift the next morning on zero sleep. Then it happened AGAIN the next night. No one reached out or asked if I wanted a free stay, etc. Can’t believe they treat their guests this way.
