Dr. Benn was great—communicating clearly, reviewing my chart and recent results thoroughly. The only ding is that I waited for a somewhat long time between the testing and the consultation. It didn’t seem like a particularly busy time, so I’m not sure why.

Dr.Mendelson is absolutely wonderful. He takes his time with you and explains everything in a manner that you understand everything about your eyes. He is very knowledgeable. The technician who administered my tests was very kind, warm-hearted and attentive. Dr.Miller was very kind, explained exam results in detail. Very thorough. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Miller is a skilled opthomologist who does a lot of surgeries. He explains things in language I can understand, is patient answering questions, and has a good chair-side manner. I don't trust my eyes to anyone else!

I agree with what everyone else has written. The entire staff - from Front Desk (helping me enable my patient portal and app to communicate properly) to the young man who ran the tests for my visit with Dr Benn to Dr Benn herself - are personable thoughtful kind and considerate - explaining information and answering questions. And taking time so that I don’t feel rushed or harried.Plus - a Big Plus - the building is extremely well-designed to be comfortable light-filled and pleasant to be in - not at all cramped. The physical environment itself puts one at ease.
