Exceptional Service by Chris and the Crash Champions Team!
I recently had my car repaired by Chris and his amazing team at Crash Champions, and I can’t say enough good things about them. My vehicle was in terrible condition, needing a lot of attention and repair, and they truly went above and beyond to fix every single issue. The car now looks brand new, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the work!
From the moment I walked in, Chris and his team were professional, attentive, and transparent about the process. They kept me updated every step of the way, explaining the necessary repairs and ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting it right really stood out.

I have never left a review before but Crash Collision deserves one. My car was a total loss after an accident and they towed it to their shop.
The employees I encountered at Crash were great from the girl at the front desk to the technician who helped me. Also there was cash in the car which remained untouched so if you are looking for an honest shop to take your car this is it. The guy who took my plates off for me wouldn’t even accept a tip. I was very impressed with the whole company

If I were able to give 6 stars I would!
Chris LoBello went above and beyond what one would call normal customer service.
My daughter’s car was involved in an accident and Crash champions were able to fix her car in record time. A few weeks later I noticed that the bumper was slightly awry(nothing to do with the previous accident) yet Chris was willing to take care of it for me quickly.
They have earned my business for good!

Crash Champions did a beautiful job restoring my car to like-new after a tree branch dented the hatchback and roof edge. It truly looks like it never happened. Customer service was phenomenal as well, and I loved getting automatic text updates while they had my car.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I could not help myself to share my positive experience with others.
The staff at Whippany office are highly knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They are humble, honest and try their best for you and your car during tough times. They always welcomed us to the shop and provided explanation to our questions. They treated us as their family members and provided emotional support. Special thanks to MJ, Beverly, and Chris that were highly engaged to resolving issues related to our car that was significantly damaged during a terrible accident.

This office was very kind, as I was involved with an accident. They guided me as to completing the necessary steps in car repair. Also, each week, the office contacted me as to the progress on the repairs. The repair was excellent, and the company was very professional in handling the repair bill with the insurance company.
Cannot say enough about the importance of kindness and guidance while recovering from the accident.

Walked in to get an appraisal. Dont go here. The owner is a scumbag. Caught him cursing at his female employees in front of customers. Very unproffesional. Walked right out.

The lack of communication as well as the length of time it took to repair my vehicle was totally unacceptable. This was a cash transaction (not through insurance) and the final price was $1,200.00 more than the original estimate.

I stopped by in November for a quote on a quarter panel repair. They never responded back on the quote. When i called back today they noted they can’t fix Rivians. I told well most shops can and they should have let me know this. They said the manager says “then go to them”.Avoid this shop based on their attitude towards customers. Most of my reviews are 5 stars so this was hard to do but i hope it helps

I would recommend that if you taking service by any insurance and keeping your car, make sure you get all service done by shop before they start work on car. As my experience i gave my car and insurance just give me estimate for outer damages. And obvious shop have to submit for internal damages to insurance but they did not done that and just finished whatever they got from insurance. And without let me know just finished outer damages and at last told it won't cover. After nobody listen anything and I have to pay for internal damages.0 service satisfaction. And suggest to avoid taking service from this store. they will keep your car for more days even there will be not bigger fix.

Recently had body work done due to accident. When I got my car back I couldn’t believe it was my car, that’s how great of a job they did. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, helpful, and professional. I would recommend if you’re looking for body work.
