“Very easy rental process. The 16-passenger van is my favorite although there is no luggage space. We use duffle bags under the seats and small suitcases at least (2) 9x14x21 in the back. Family Road Trips.”

When I need a rental for any reason Alexandrea is always prompt and on top of her game cliff the sales rep is amazing my owner just bought a new hino 20ft box truck and cliff made the buying process so smooth. They are a reputable dealership and wouldn’t do business with anyone else hk is the place to go if you want your fleet trucks worked on not only does the service dept do a great job but they also look over the entire truck when it comes in for anything else.”

“Great front desk, no queue and quick to get the keys and get on the road (thanks you Jamal). Easy return system assisted by Rondo who was super helpful. Two small gripes: the rental agreement was a list of about 13 items and made it very difficult to ascertain how much I was paying. Also having paid at the desk for the EZ pass I still got an invoice two weeks later for some unpaid tolls. Overall though easy and quick which is ideal when you’re coming off an international flight.”

“Saraceno Disposal has been picking up garbage and cardboard from my restaurant for 2 years ! The drivers have not always been great . The new Indian driver they hired is great he is always on time and never breaks the wheels off the dumpsters like the old driver did .”

“THIS U-HAUL LOCATION AT THE FAIRFIELD SELF STORAGE FACILITY IS NOTHING BUT AMAZING. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ASSISTED ME WITH SETTING UP A SELF-CHECK OUT AND SELF-RETURN RENTAL TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE DURING THE CURRENT OUTBREAK. “The trucks are the same for these rental companies, old but functional. You get working air conditioning but not much else. ? The vans look to be much newer. I would highly recommend getting any uhaul equipment when a facility is open. If you do rent when a place is closed think about using the web page instead of the App.The App doesn't work great, had to call customer service (hold for 25 minutes) who directed/ recommended I switch to the web page. Even then it takes a long time to go through the initial rental and then drop off process. You have to take pictures of your ID, have them call a contact to confirm you can rent, take pictures of the truck, etc. very cumbersome especially given the poor quality of the app. I had even called this location ahead of time to confirm easy way to pick up a truck and was basically told "use app" and hung up on. It would have been nice to get recommendation on using the web site if the app failed, etc. ahead of time.”

“I recently caught some road debris on my back, right tire. After 11 hours on the side of the road and many calls later for assistance, Eagle Auto Truck service, Whippany, NJ, were the only one who answered the call and completed the pick up/drop off service.
They were fast, efficient, and professional! The other non-pos review….at least this team knew the direction I was headed on I-84W. I digress.
