I'm not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. Everyone I've met there either in the pharmacy or not has been so nice and accommodating. Yes sometimes you have to wait in the drive through a little while but can you blame them? They're helping customers inside, you can literally see them running around in there, it's not like they are sitting on their phones ignoring you. And when they do come to the window they're always super apologetic if it's taken a while. These other reviews just seem like entitled people who will stomp their feet and say "GIVE IT TO ME! NOW" like a toddler. Relax.

The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone...they text the rx is ready, and it never is. The pharmacy counter help is plain rude...CVS is 12 miles but at least scripts are ready ...done with this Walgreen

At least twice, my child's simple antibiotic prescription hasn't been available through them, they have screwed up dosing, and given us prescription bottles with liquid medication that were sticky on the outside. We're never having prescriptions filled here again.

I cannot sit on hold for 7 minutes when I call there. I just wish they could answer and speak to me instead of answering and putting me on hold before I can say one word. It would just feel better. Maybe retraining would help.

This may not be the Walgreens for you if you have health issues and rely on regular medications. I do. I spoke with the pharmacist a few months back because each month I had to wait days for my prescriptions to be ready. She told me to bring them in 3 days early so that they would have time to order them and have them ready by the date I am due to pick them up. She was kind and compassionate. Even though the 3 days early is challenging for me to do with my health, I do it. It worked for 2 months. This month they do not have my medication available. When I called to find out when it WOULD be available I was told that it may be in tomorrow - it's a 50/50 shot. So no one can say if it will be in. And if it's not in tomorrow, Friday, it will not be delivered over the weekend. That will make my prescription 4 days late (IF ITS EVEN IN ON MONDAY). I explained that I dropped it off on Monday to avoid this issue. The person I spoke with told me they had some floaters so they don't necessarily know to keep up with things. (What?) I asked what I could do because this puts me in a really tough spot. After putting me on hold to check, she said I could call other pharmacies and if they have it, I can come pick up my prescription and bring it to another pharmacy. So...while coping with my illness...I am now supposed to make a bunch of calls, drive to pick up my prescription and then drive to the other pharmacy to fill. When this happened in the past, the pharmacist made those calls for me. This is a different pharmacist (Theresa) and I'm on my own. And I will just have to go without my medication (somehow) until they get it in. I'm in tears. I'm hurting. And I'm soooo tired of this battle.

This is quite possibly the WORST pharmacy on earth. I'd recommend never having prescriptions filled here. They sit on them for days, it takes 40 minutes to get them when they do decide to fill them and it takes an hour to get someone on the phone...after having to call back several times bc they disconnect the call and don't call back. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. They need someone to come in and clean up this dumpster fire.

I don't have time to spend 30+ minutes at the pharmacy every month. it's always a ridiculous wait for them to not have your prescriptions ready even if they were called in a day earlier. the staff is constantly goofing off and not paying attention to customers. worst walgreens i've been to. I am currently waiting in line at the drive thru... it takes about 25 min per car, ive been here for over an hour

Came to pick up a curbside order and waited over a half hour no one came out. Called the store and no answer. Went to the pharmacy drive thru and finally someone helped me but with lots of attitude. Worst Walgreens.
