“I did several drop-in classes during the Christmas holidays and it was truly a great experience. The atmosphere is excellent, everyone is very friendly, and the welcome from the coaches was great. They are extremely attentive and do a great job supporting everyone. I felt at home from the very first minute. Congratulations to those who created such a welcoming and friendly community. Special thanks to Taylor for the fantastic coaching. I will definitely be back next year and every time I come to visit my family in New Jersey.”

“Great gym with an excellent atmosphere. The coaches are friendly, motivating, and always make sure you’re using the correct form. Every workout is different, which keeps things interesting and challenging. I love that I can get a full body workout in just 45 minutes without having to plan anything myself.

Since joining F45, I’ve felt stronger, more energetic, and more motivated to stay consistent with my fitness goals. The studio is clean, well organized, and the members are very supportive. Highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for effective workouts and a great fitness community”

“The BEST 1) bodybuilding 2) powerlifting & 3) calisthenics gym in the Flemington and surrounding area! They have everything you could ask for in terms of equipment, spacious facility, and knowledgeable/friendly staff. I’ve been to countless gyms across multiple countries and I’m so proud and happy to call this one my HOME gym.”

“I have been going to this gym on and off for 15 years. The price is pretty affordable, the equipment is maintained well, and the gym-goers are friendly. One of my favorite features of this gym is that they supply mini spray bottles and towels to sanitize the equipment. This is a really sustainable option, compared to most gyms that have single-use sanitation wipes.”

“I have both of my kids enrolled at Swimming Splash Academy, and I want to give a big shout‑out to Miss Karen and Miss Kayla. I have seen significant improvement in my kids’ swimming skills, including their confidence with different strokes.
Miss Karen consistently goes the extra mile to ensure each child understands and follows instructions. If a child is having difficulty understanding, she patiently demonstrates the technique and makes sure the child is able to follow along correctly. Her dedication truly makes a difference.
The facility itself is excellent—the pool is always clean, there are multiple lifeguards on duty, and the shower rooms are well‑maintained and spotless.
I would definitely recommend Splash Academy to other parents who are looking for quality swimming instruction in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.”

“This location has the kindest people working there. It was my first time back to the gym after having a baby 8 weeks ago. There was an accident on the way causing me to be late. I called the desk and Bella answered the phone. With tears in my eyes i told her what was going on an how hard i worked that day to make the gym work. She was so understanding an told me to keep driving an come to class. This meant more to me than she will ever know. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you Bella ❤️”

“Today I am a runner.
I began at Flemington CrossFit 6 weeks ago with no workout experience at all (except for some horseback riding). I am 58-years-old and have finally decided that it was time to get fit and get strong.

I looked into a few local Flemington gyms to see what would work for me, having no experience with weight lifting but knowing that I hated the treadmill and I was not a runner.
I walked into CrossFit Flemington on June 16 for a free class and have found the perfect environment for me.

I need 'adult supervision' which means: someone who is attentive to me, explains things so I can understand them, formats the workout to my level allowing me to keep up with the entire class and finish the workouts with success. Each and every time.

I came to CrossFit Flemington not being able to run, do a sit-up or jump rope. Today I can do all three...and more.

This is a community of individuals who are friendly and focused. Who are helpful and encouraging. Saturday workouts are a group workout which are fun and funny (yet still challenging)

Phil is an excellent instructor.”

“Getting back to working out postpartum can be humbling and scary. Your body is different, you don’t feel so young and spry. I was worried walking in and left feeling “more like my old self” just after my first workout with Heather! The other members are nice and supportive too!

I am new member and have been going daily. If you have a short attention span (like me!) and get bored easily, this is the place for you! It’s so fast paced that the classes fly by quick. You get in, you get it done and you feel better when you walk out.

I came for the workout and stayed because of Heather’s encouragement and support! Excited to call this gym my new home.”

“CrossFit Toy Box is a truly special place. The community is warm and friendly, and the camaraderie and support are incredible. John and all the coaches are very knowledgeable and always know how to adapt the workouts to your abilities, so you feel safe, encouraged, and challenged every time. The programming is excellent, and before you know it you’re excited to come back and even bring your whole family—kids and adults of all ages.”

“I was driving by a year ago, headed home from grabbing a bunch of sod for my yard and I saw the gym. There were people running outside and other inside doing power cleans. Curious, I stopped and went in to inquire. I’m a former college athlete, and a veteran who’s tried to stay in shape. I was at the regular gym about 3x a week and running outside once per week. I’ve always been a traditional lifter, never into CrossFit even though a lot of folks I deployed with were. As soon as I walked in, you could feel the community and love. I could also immediately see fitness. It’s the gym so, yeah, naturally you’d see it, but this was different. CrossFit training is basically Olympic style, so their bodies look better than a lot of the most fit people who do traditional training. Even though I was a random inquiring about pricing, it was all love and they made me feel welcomed immediately. I did the free class to see how it was, and was blown away. The workouts were grueling, yet fun. It was addicting knowing I went so hard and was challenged. The coaches make sure everyone works within their limits and pace, while nudging and getting the most out of each person. It was balanced. Half strength, half conditioning, and always full body. A litany of stretches and warmup before, and again at the conclusion of the class. I signed up immediately for 12 classes per month, but was hooked and had to increase to unlimited. My wife and I both attend - and she’s always been a pilates gal. Her loving it as well was yet another sign of the quality and care. It’s a great feeling of having a community you’re part of pushing you to live a healthy lifestyle across the board. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring and fully invested in YOU. I feel an innate closeness with each as well as with my teammates I workout with. The balance of programming weekly is amazing too - Sundays & Wednesdays are “Engine” days which is a lot of conditioning and burned calories. Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday are “Hybrid” days which are always balanced, half conditioning, half strength straining. Those are always tough but balanced. Thursdays are “Power” which is strength!!! And you can count on every workout including core and abs somewhere somehow. It’s so comprehensive you’ll see results pretty quickly. The gym also partners with an outstanding meal prep service if you need help building a healthy diet and are too busy to cook or count the calories and macro/micro. And if the classes aren’t enough - you can request and pay for personal training with any of the coaches which’ll elevate you even more. It’s truly a world-class staff and experience. You start stacking the days and making friends while watching the results….truly a wonderful feeling. The gym has so many collaborations with other fitness communities, charities to give back, and other organizations that share the wonderful values and passions of Fortitude. Whatever niche of fitness you’re into - Fortitude has people there into it; from CrossFit like Hyrox, to the marathon and half marathon runners, to the power lifters, and competition people. I’m constantly pushed to become better, stronger, and healthier by classmates and coaches alike. I’m nearly back at my size from undergrad playing days. I’m glad my wife encouraged me that day we were driving by to go in. I cannot recommend Fortitude enough.”

“I’ve been a member here for almost three years. I’ve gone from being overweight and weak, to strong and proud of how I look and feel. I could have never done it without Lori and her team. Lori offers great coaching not only in a sustainable training program but also nutrition. My wife also joined and I am happy to say we are by far in the best shape of our lives. Give yourself over to this gym and you will be rewarded. I was a lifelong off-and-on gym guy, and now I’m much more informed and capable of bigger weights.”

“Being in my mid 40's it was time for a workout change. I stepped into CrossFit not knowing what to expect. It was the best decision I made in a long time. The Owners and Trainers are all about making you better. Not letting you give up, consistently pushing you, training you, and showing you how to improve and become better. It's like family... they Believe In You!”

“I have been going here for at least 2 years. It is a great gym. They are always trying to make it a better place. Installing new machines (and deadlift mats). Plenty of racks for free weights. The sauna, while small, is efficient. Only time I was annoyed was with their cancel policy on my yearly membership id kept going until i had to go to college. I Didn't like that they needed a 1 month notice and I ended up paying for a month I wasn't here but I should've expected that with a longterm membership. Overall a great gym for all levels.”

“We love evolution training center. All of the coaches are wonderful. We have worked with Maria for 6+ years. She has taught both of my daughters proper tumbling technique and giving them the confidence they need to tumble during a cheer routine.”

“Pros: clean, open 24 x 4, there's a clock on the wall (other PF's I've been to have no clock at all), nice locker room, big shower rooms
Cons: there are too many exercise machines and therefore they are very close to each other, the water force in the shower rooms is weak (it takes a lot of time to clean ourselves).”

3.8 Good132 Reviews

“I really like this place. I wish new machines would come in for more variety. But the current selection is great. Gym Etiquette is not something you'll see being practiced enough. There's a lot of people that love to hog machines, benches and gather in groups around pieces of equipment that will make you wait for ages before you get to complete your workout.”

“Recently visited this location, friendly staff greeted me. It was lively at 10 am, but I still got to my machines. Plenty of cardio machines, the usual 2 strength machines, and three separate areas to stretch and 30 min zone. No music which is strange but I dig it.”
