“My mind was completely focused on the renovations and all the stress that comes with preparing for them - moving furniture, packing up belongings, and dealing with the inevitable mess. The POD was simply a means to an end: something I needed to get in place so I could move on to everything else. Needless to say, my anxiety level was high.
But I found myself pausing during the delivery to appreciate the experience. My delivery driver, Michael O., was calm, cool, and collected, and his demeanor immediately helped put my mind at ease. He was patient and careful, taking his time to navigate my driveway without damaging the Belgian block border while also making sure he cleared the tree limbs and overhead wires. He then positioned the POD exactly where I wanted it.
When you are already dealing with a stressful situation, having someone show up who is kind, patient, careful, and genuinely considerate makes such a difference. Michael turned what I expected to be just another stressful item on my renovation checklist into an unexpectedly positive experience.
It really is a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who takes pride in what they do and treats people, and their property, with care. Thank you, Michael O., for making one part of a hectic day feel easy.”
