Delivered package to wrong location and did not reimburse

On June 16, I paid 119.00 for overnight shipping of a package which did not arrive until a week later. I was told by an employee at the UPS store that a claim was put in for my refund. They then tell me that I need to call the customer service phone number. When I called them, I was told I needed to go back to the UPS store. I have called dozens of times for my refund, and also walked in the store several times as well as my husband . I was assured a claim was put in. I decided to bypass the store altogether since they did nothing to help me, and when I called the 1-800 customer service number, I was told the store never put the claim in. This is almost two months later. This is completely unacceptable. The customer service of the owner is absolutely terrible and to find out a claim was never put through while I have been waiting for almost two months is just very wrong.

After being a client since the opening of this store I find myself in the position of having to rate a ZERO on stars. I shipped a package from your store (which was packed by your employee), paid for extra insurance. The shipment arrived to the recipient and one of the items was broken. I immediately returned to your store to file a claim. That was almost three weeks ago. I have been completely ignored. I have been assured by your employees that you have been notified and made aware of my claim. They keep telling me you are not there and I cannot speak to you. I paid for a service and I at least deserve some reason for this unprofessional behavior. WHY are you ignoring me? There is nothing unusual or particularly expensive about my claim. Unfortunately, YOU and your store are the only way I can make a claim. I have never had a problem in your establishment before and I surely hope I can give you a better rating once this is cleared up. In the past it has always been five stars. The Branchburg location is so accommodating. The staff is well trained, professional and nice. They try to make transactions as easy as possible.

Do yourself a favor and go direct to UPS or to a FedEx location. The location says that they are not responsible after the package leads its doors. UPS says that they are not directly affiliated with the ups store, and the corporate entity of UPS Store won't provide any help other than an endless hold.

I just left this store and I have to say the kids that work there are fantastic. It’s a few minutes before closing and they were so patient with some confused customers in the store. Well spoken, patient, respectful and successfully helped all the customers. Great customer service!

After a bit of a scare when one of my three packages were not scanned into the system upon arrival at the UPS Edison hub, the tracing system did its job and all ended well. The staff was understanding and they offered all avenues of help. I was grateful to encounter the owner of the store who really took the time to help get us through a tough situation. I really appreciate good old fashioned service ~ this place gets it.
