Never experienced worse customer service. I used this location as a U-Haul drop off. I called twice to confirm my reservation and ask a question. I received rude, annoyed answers, and was then hung up on mid-conversation. I will not be giving any business here.

Called this morning & the guy was grumpy, short & basically hung up on me. Guess their reviews reflect this location. Call High Bridge if u need a UHaul. The Woman was amazingly helpful n happy!

Best part was probably the manager. He was very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. The storage units are pretty clean and well maintained. Good news is the place is right off the highway for easy access. Bad news is access - and I found out the hard way. No tractor trailer or large vehicle access for deliveries. My bad for not asking and even though it was within 24 hours of renting a unit was not allowed to cancel or modify monthly rental agreement.So if looking for local storage and don't need large vehicle access Stowaway is worth a look. If need that large vehicle delivery access the nearest (and nicest) I found was at Extra Space in Hillsborough on 206 (about 10 miles away).

We called in about a unit, and the guy on the phone was so disrespectful. Clearly doesn't want ppl to go there.. I'd find somewhere else. Dudes got real problems lol

The guy upfront was helpful, but the unit was terrible. Unit was around 165 a month and used it for almost a year. Mouse droppings on and in alot of the boxes bags and belongings, there was a thick film of dirt on almost everything that needed to be cleaned off, as well as green mold found on some of the wooded furniture. Not an ideal place to store anything that is heat sensitive, multiple wax and other plastic items have warped due to heat.

Scott was great to work with. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with my family's moving needs. I rented two moving trucks (20ft and 15ft). The trucks were clean and seems to be maintained. I did not have any issues with the equipment at all. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

I helped my son and his girlfriend pick up her stuff from storage unit and found stink bugs and water damage. Look elsewhere to store your stuff.

The Customer Service was fantastic. Steve consistently went above and beyond what was expected. The entire process went smoothly from unit selection to paperwork. I would recommend this place for any storage needs.

Ignored the reviews of the noticeable problem children and had a straightforward easy experience. Told him what I needed, he gave recommendations, showed me two sizes in units, I chose, we filled all the paperwork out and I left. No issues at all.
