I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Extra Space Storage in Whiting, New Jersey, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire process a breeze.Not only was Dina informative, but she also made me feel like a valued customer. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart.I am still a customer of Extra Space Storage, but I have since relocated to a different location. The staff at Extra Space Storage in Whiting, NJ have been a pleasure to say the least. Roger and Dina are amazing. They have treated me as well as my belongings as if they were their own. Roger, Dina and Extra Space Storage are truly a blessing to me as I am going through a tough time with losing my family home. What a wonderful thing knowing my family heirlooms are safe in their care I will encourage everyone if they need storage, extra space is without a doubt the place to trust! I am so thankful I chose to go to them and I'm positive anyone else will feel the same!

We had an excellent experience renting with this Extra Space Storage throughout our move. The entire staff was helpful, clear and friendly. The units were clean. And the process was simple. Would definitely rent here again, if we needed to.

Dina at the Lacey Rd, Whiting, location is awesome! I haven't met her in person yet, but she sends me a reminder if she notices that I hadn't paid my bill by the due date so that I don't get slammed with late fees. She also checked my account to see if I qualify for any discounts without me having to ask. By doing this, she saved me almost $35 per month.The facility is very well maintained and clean. Their response time is quick. Paying on-line is a breeze. I am very happy with this location, with customer service and feeling like my personal belongings are secure. Thank you.

This is a beautiful facility! The management staff is professional and friendly. I only needed short term storage. Dina was so helpful in choosing the right size to fit my needs. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean, safe, well lit, secure climate controlled unit for your extra stuff that you can't part with!! Ask for Dina, she is awesome!
