“Needed to badly get my Mud Terrians off my 6.7L F350 and put on some All Terrians. Every other big name brand tire service center takes your truck for the day. I'm a small business owner and needed my truck done immediately. The crew over at Bandag had my new tires balanced and on in 40 minutes. “I went in for an oil change. I was happy that my oil change also included tire rotation. I got there at 4:00pm, I had an appointment for 4:00pm. I sat for 45 minutes before my car was pulled inside the shop. They were busy and appeared to be under staffed. I finally was finished at 5:45pm. The guy was gracious enough to knock $25.00 off my bill and he apologized for my wait.”
