DO NOT BOOK HEREAbsolute trash of of cancellation policy and organization. I know I understand its laid out when you book, but you lose 25% if you cancel 3 weeks out and your whole deposit for anything less than that. I booked a room for family of 4 to go to the Monster Jam show over the weekend for my sons birthday. Both of my sons have broke out with Hand Foot and Mouth and there is no way we can go. I called to ask about cancelling, have Drs notes and pictures I could send. They said no exceptions you can email this email, but you probably wont get a response nor will they do anything. Out $175 when I Cancelled 3 days prior, this is highway robbery.

We have been staying here for years. Very convenient to the Boardwalk. We have checked other motels in the Crest but Aqua Beach works best for us. We always book a beach front Largo room which gives us plenty of room.

We’ve stayed at the condos for years now but I think we’re about done here. Condos are not kept up, prices are ridiculous. We had ants, broken air conditioner, broken ceiling fan, and zero tv remotes and this all happened before we even unpacked. Heated pool was freezing, heater has been broken for 4 years

The rooms are nice. Although the rooms are nice I didn’t like how the deck on the 5th floor closed at 10pm. The deck should be open throughout the night to at least midnight. The employee that came up tried to tell us to leave at 10pm even though the deck hours said 11pm on fridays.Noteworthy details: Extend deck hours

I enjoyed the movie night for the childrenI just wish there were lifeguards on duty. People playing in the pool for volleyballs, footballs, etc. is dangerous and guests have no Regard for the older demographic. Also, the excessive diving while guests are trying to enjoy the pool while little kids are in the pool is another dangerous factor.Other than that this hotel is amazing.Safety: Have a lifeguard on duty to stop the horseplay in the pool. I witness too many people getting hit with hard ballsThere is a reason why pool balls exist.Walkability: Enjoying how close this hotel is to the boardwalk.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The staff was friendly and professional. Having a small sink, microwave and fridge in our room was very convenient. My favorite part of the hotel was the roof. You have a full view of the beach, hammocks and beach chairs.

We have been staying at Aqua Beach for 13 years. This past weekend the room was completely abhorrent. The door and walls had big holes in them, the cabinets and lights were damaged, the fridge was rusted and beat up. The shower curtain rod was rusted like crazy, and there were a ton of fruit flies all over. We never minded paying more than other places because it was a nice clean place, but has been left to disrepair. It is unfortunate but we will be looking for a new spot to stay for years to come.

Big pool. Big hot tub. Nice little cafe for breakfast and lunch. Soooo close to the beach. Clean rooms. Great great staff. You can't ask for anything more. Thank you Aqua Beach for a great week!Nearby activities: A block from the boards!

Have been here two stays last year and this year. This time better than last year. The service from the receptionists up front are amazing. This year we spent a bit more on our room but it was so worth it, so much space and the shared balcony view of the beach. What makes this hotel our favorite is the roof top lounging area with multiple hammocks. Just wish they would open sooner to see the sunrise on the lounge.. but the sunset is beautiful from it.The only downside we had which is why it’s missing a star are the elevators. There are only 2 elevators which are run down and they take FOREVER to come to you.. plus the housekeeping and maintenance also use the elevators because they don’t have service elevators.. so they’re usually being occupied. But the housekeepers and maintenance are non stop working making the place clean.Overall, I would hands down definitely recommend this place to anyone. You definitely get your money’s worth.Nearby activities: Boardwalk is close by, and the best bike rental place is across the street.Food & drinks: Great bagel and cafe in the hotel in the ground floor. So delicious.

Pros: Beachfront property right at the start of the boardwalk. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Cabana/sundeck was a nice surprise. Cons: Large bathroom with a poor layout and only one small towel rack nowhere near the sink. Itchy thin towels. Only ice machine is coin operated. Seems like they are trying to improve things though.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. It’s beachfront at the end of the boardwalk in the Crest, so very easy access to all things Wildwood. With that being said, there are serious improvements that need to be addressed, on so many different levels. If you read most current reviews on whatever travel sites you normally visit, you will see my review is not far off from all of them. The women who work the front desk and check in do NOT need to be working in any field of customer service. They are rude and unhelpful. I actually had one woman tell me very nonchalantly at check out that she has accidentally checked out the wrong customers before on more than one occasion. Totally unacceptable! Throughout the week, the few men we dealt with at the desk were fine, they were nice and very pleasant, so hire more men like that who can be nice to people. There is basically non-existent WIFI. We were able to connect better to the hotel next to this than Aqua Beach. The parking is atrocious. The spots are SO SMALL and some of them have the building pillars blocking part of the spot, so unless you drive a matchbox car, good luck fitting into one of those. And good luck getting a parking spot after coming home from dinner at night. Most likely you’ll be parking on the street. There are also no irons/ironing boards in the rooms. We went to the front desk thinking that maybe they had them by request only for whatever reason, but no, they don’t have any irons. If you want to RENT a steamer you can do that. How are you charging people for this??? I can’t speak for all rooms in the hotel, but our oceanfront room had a sink that was angled down and everything slid off. No joke, it must have come off from the wall a bit and you could see where they caulked it back to the wall. The shower rod was rusty and the bathroom mirror up near the lights was also rusting and peeling a bit. They really need to start updating the rooms, getting WIFI that actually works and making sure that all registered guests have a parking spot. They’ll be getting much better reviews from everyone once that starts to happen.

Stayed in June. Place was clean. People were nice. Had no issues. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Will stay again.

Old poorly maintained hotel and rooms. Dirty beds and towels. Toilet in a really bad shape and water doesn’t drain. Not enough parking. Not enough pool chairs. Will never stay again and will never recommend to anyone.
