Additionally, the vendors they work with for the removal, installation and crane services were ALL top notch. Prompt, efficient, professional. Nate managed all my concerns and issues the entire process not leaving one issue open. After the previous experience we had with our appliances, Nate was not only a welcome change but truly and amazing sales rep. Thank you Nate and Johnsons!”

“Really great people. Please support this local business! They're extremely nice and they are doing a great job despite being currently understaffed!! I bought my stove here last year and just yesterday I bought a new fridge. I was lucky enough to have a car big enough to fit it so I could take it home the same day, and the guy who helped me load it was SOOOO nice. Paul...Peter? Something among those lines, THANK YOU for helping me load a fridge even though you had to stay after closing!!!!”

“Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Both online and physical stores are easy to shop. I like the lockers to pick up small things when I shop online. The only star missing is because for big items pickup, calling them to let them know of the lane number don't work well. Many times, I get off my truck to go inside the store for customer service and tell them the lane number since phone call isn't available - either it rings for many minutes and got hang up or the automatic voice prompts hang up.”

“Germaine arrived when he said he would, began to work immediately and resolved what the problem was with my LG refrigerator very quickly. He explained what the cost would be to repair the freon leak but couldn't guarantee that was the only problem. We agreed that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. His entire appointment lasted less than 25 minutes. Thank you!!!”

Even though the phones were ringing off the hook and random customers were stopping to ask where to find items in the store he was able to educate me about flooring and painstakingly listened while I was rattling off my needs.
