Century 21 Alliance was very easy to deal with. It was an easy vacation rental process easy, key pick up and drop off process and we were super happy with Nicole Koch. The condo we rented was exactly like pictures the only issue we ran into was is was not cleaned. Being in this feild myself I know it's doesn't nessisary fall on the realtor it could fall on the cleaning company, the homeowner etc. We spent days cleaning the vents, appliances, under appliances and floors because the dust was so bad it caused a severe sinus infection. There were dirty dishes in the oven etc. We also ended up paying for $80 internet bc the router was located under the 2nd bedroom bed and was unplugged and it costed $20 per week per device to get internet through the cable company. Again, even though we had the huge cleaning issues I'm still giving 5 stars because I am unsure where that responsibility lies.
