Absolutely horrible…. 3 of 3 packages totally ignored delivery directions …. Also fabricated story that they left door tag and attempted delivery. Also never placed phone call after leaving three contact numbers could not have been worse.

Suni was a very pleasant postal counter worker I wish people in other cities would be as polite and courteous as him because after all it doesn't cost any money to smile and say thank you.

The Postmaster in this Wildwood post office fails to do her job. She refused to issue a refund for $3.65 when the regulations clearly state the failure to return a signed proof of delivery (green) card within 30 days of issuance entitles sender to a refund from their local post office. She is rude and inept in dealing with the public. She even refused to return my receipt so I could file for a refund online. Rather than apology for the problem, she accused me of “threatening” her when I said this was not the end of this issue implying I would file a complaint online.

Bloody Mary, the carriers smoke on the job. I spotted one parked infront of a fire hydrant. Dont like smokey mail its raunchy. Even smoking in like deaf and children marked. Not role models at all. Had botanical package lifted. Prob the carrier.

While at post office, Sunil Patel took care of me. Honestly, I was in a bad mood, my sister died. He was extremely nice and kind to me. We need more people like him. He changed my day and attitude . Good day. Kindness matters. (This is Joes wife)

Mail carrier refuses to get out of truck to deliver, gives it to us or neighbors by making us come to him. (Has given my mail to neighbors.) This has been all summer long.Refused to deliver package because of “obstruction “ (he’s afraid of dogs.) The dogs were behind a locked, closed front door and closed blind. They weren’t having a party on the porch while we were out. Ha
