Scott is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain details to ensure I was getting what I wanted. The staff also are very friendly and helpful and the lifetime tune-ups is a great service. Love my new bike.

Had trouble when applying shipping fees to my online order, and had to call in to see if something could be done. Steve was very helpful getting my order through. Also really happy y’all had my tires, they are so hard to find, and a simple black tire would never do, it would fully mess up my sweet little ride’s esthetic.... read full comment

Zippy’s has a great selection of quality bikes. I recently bought an Electra Cruiser and the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I hear they are great for repair as well. Highly recommended!
