βAlthough they weren't the closest collision shop in my area they were recommended as certified experts directly through my vehicle portal.
They're family operated which drawn me to give them a chance. I'm happy I made that a deciding factor as everytime I reached out with a concern either Dean or his sons were willing to take time to educate me on expectations of the process especially since I had a claim against the at-fault driver insurance. It was quite evident they had a passion for the service offered and I never once felt rushed. The end result was a totaled vehicle, but if their customer care is as remarkable as my experience, I'm sure there detail to your vehicle will be amazing.
They made what could of been a nightmare of a lost vehicle so much easier to approach and handle.β
βThey did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!β
βWe had a small dent in the front panel of our car after a SUV door was opened into our car. I filled out the online form and Eric called soon after. He was so friendly and came out right away. He did the work in our driveway, which is so convenient! It is hard to tell where the dent even was.β

βOne month earlier I was rear ended and had my car repaired at another shop. One month later I was rear ended again and I brought it to caliber and I'm glad that I did the work was so much better. They were so professional, courteous and made me feel like I was leaving my vehicle in good hands.β
βI initially brought my daughter’s car there for a new bumper and her car looked great when done ! So I brought my car there for body work and painting I needed a new bumper, new door, a new mirror, I had to get some buffing and painting done!! Needless to say my car looks more newer than when I bought it!! They did amazing work in a timely fashion!!β

βJared and his team did an awesome job redoing the side of my car. I drove it into the side of a pole and he was able to keep the price down and even touch up places and didn’t charge. He was in contact with me all week and had it done over 5 days earlier. I definitely recommend them for body work. Now my husband and I are going to get tires.β
βWent to Don's Auto Body today for the first time, fixed an item for me while I waited. Clean shop, great people, friendly and good technicians. Don worked on my car outside in the rain while my wife and I waited and talked with Don's wife. I had no idea people like this were in driving distance to me. Did a great job for us, won't go anywhere else.β
βReplaced my catalytic converter and O2 sensors and did it at a very very fair price. Would have been nice if he had checked my oil and fluids while it was there but he still did a good job.β

This was the closest so we made our appointment and off we went. From the beginning they made everything as easy as possible. Thankfully we're not experienced in collision repair! They were professional. They were courteous. They did a great job! They stayed in contact with us giving us up dates or the progress. Thanks Taran! Got the car back sooner than expected and they even went above and beyond on the service. Extra cleaning and touched up things that were not on the repair sheet. βI had a great experience with Moppert Auto Collision of Turnersville. Frank, the general manager, was fantastic with communication and kept me updated from start to finish. They worked directly with Progressive and connected me with Enterprise for a rental, making the whole process seamless. They had my car back to me within three weeks, including dealing with insurance and getting parts from Tesla. They even returned the car cleaned inside and out, which was a nice touch.
