They did a great job. For many years they are one of the few contractors and companies I can rely on that are professional prompt and do what they say. showed up on time , installed all the trees, and we’re very happy.

Lisa was very rude, unprofessional and too involved in her phone to care about customers. Used to be a good place, but the owners have really gone downhill with their inventory, quality and most of all, customer service! I’m extremely disappointed. If you’re going to have awful customer service skills, you shouldn't be in this profession. Wish I could rate zero stars.

Dead tree after a few days. I called to see what they could do. I was questioned on why I thought the tree was dying. I was told after we literally just had a hurricane that I need to water it more. The soil is still wet to the touch. Water is not the issue. This Willow was planted as a memorial for a lost love one and I was told they do no guarantees. $350 for a tree to last a couple of days when realistically it most likely died because the bulb was cut too small. Would not recommend. I could understand if it was a month later. But a few days? And nothing they can do for me?

Spent over $300 on a tree and it died within a few days. When I called I was told there was nothing they would do and to continue watering it.

Wow the owner can come on here to make snarky comments in response to the reviews but he can't come on here and figure out why he has alot of bad reviews and so many dead plants and he doesn't seem to want to make it right so yea I would definitely rather go to lowes where they guarantee their trees rather than supporting a local nursery thats sell dying plants and trees with wrong prices with a bad attitude and then expect people just to deal with it and watering is not always the solution sometimes it can be the problem depending on what plant but the plants/trees are obviously not in good condition if you have so many bad reviews and little stars. Sad for you your only hurting your own business.

We bought a Autumn Maple from them. Lisa was very helpful in selecting our tree and how to care for it. She took us back and let us pick our tree. We also bought two hostas that are doing great. They delivered our tree in the heat and placed it where we wanted it. When we called with questions after purchase, they were very helpful. If you are looking for trees, shrubs or other nursery products, go see them. If you do buy from, listen to what they tell about how to care for it. You won't be disappointed.
