Location was good for what I needed. Room was fairly clean, but tiny. This or fourth time staying here, and I think only one elevator has worked each time. Second elevator remains out of service. There has been constant remodeling or distractions for the past year and a half when I've stayed.I will say friendly staff, and very attentive to the needs of the guests. I would probably stay again. Outdoor seasonal pool, no hot tub, and work out space is not much bigger than a closet.Rooms: Clean but tiny

Room in good shape though a bit small. Service great, cleaned every day. Elevators being replaced so that was a bit of a problem.Standard hotel food, Cisco omelets, cheap bacon, poor fruit. Had biscuits and gravy once. Occaisonal bagels and hard boiled eggs.. Best Western standards there.Did have cinnamon rolls.I think hotel managers should be required to eat their own breakfasts for a week straight each quarter.

The refrigerator's freezer didn't work, and we needed to freeze ice packs EACH day in order to use them at night. That did NOT happen during our two-overnight stay. However, thestaffers (specifically Dan Sullivan (GM), and Cassie Zeng, were outstanding. Cassie made our potentially problematic stay delightful (and let us keep frozen foods in the kitchen refrigerator until we were ready for them). As vegans,we were disappointed with (a) limited options (we had hot oatmeal each morning with apples and bananas and craisins or raisings, and dried cereals with raisings and strawberries) and (b) the smell of lots of meat cooking (overwhelming) and (c) the lack of plantmilk for the 24.7 coffee (but Cassie Zeng volunteered to give us HER Chobani extra-thick-and-creamy oatmilk for our coffee (which made our potential disappointment into a great stay at this lodging.

We had a small group visit and the representative I spoke with to make our reservation was very helpful, as was the check-in and -out process. This hotel provided a good value and clean and safe accommodations. A bit farther from Philadelphia than we would prefer, but worked well for our visit.

Very Disappointed, I'm not a vegetarian but my friends are. The Omlette say veg but had Ham inside, when I spoke to the staf in back she just shrugged and didn't care. The lift had puke on the floor.

I was really impressed by the room that I stayed in. I finally found a great hotel with an affordable price. The room was immaculate. The location is great and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will be back again in the future.

Stayed here for a couple of days while visiting Philly and it was a good experience overall. Location was great, just a half-hour to Center City and near some good restaurants and travel amenities.Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the hotel was easy to find and felt safe. The room was comfortable with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Plenty of outlets and the Wifi worked well. The bathroom was mostly ok, only issue was the bathtub did not drain very well at all. The breakfast was good what there was of it, but the oven wasn't working when we were there, so no hot food.

Unremarkable Holiday Inn Express: older building with some wear and tear. A little dated in design with ultra long hallways. Public areas a little cramped. Solid option for those who are visiting south Jersey for some reason may the Gods have mercy on their souls.Very clean if old and cramped. No cleanliness or health issues observed. TV hookups for bringing your own device were more capable than a lot of hotels in a similar price bracket. My #3 choice thus far in that area for a clean bed. I'm big on cleanliness and nothing here gave me a sense of ick.Honestly not much in walking or driving distance at late hours that felt convenient other than a Royal Farms.

Amazing staff. Super friendly. I left my Apple Watch in the room on my way to Rhode Island and Cassie at the front desk was so unbelievably kind in helping getting it mailed to me. She and the team deserve all the accolades! Excellent customer service !

Great experience! Cheyenne and Erin really made our stay spectacular! Cheyenne checked us in and made us feel welcome and at home with her friendly demeanor and politeness, which was very appreciated after a long trip. Erin helped us in the morning and was an absolute treat to work with. Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel ! It's a little out of the way from where I conduct business when I'm in town. But I really like the area and my stay is always enjoyable.Rooms: Very clean smelled great !Nearby activities: Very nice park behind the hotel with much to do walking track, soccer fields, softball, and plenty of basketball courts.Safety: Felt very safe police station up the street.
