“So quick and easy! Called store to see if they are accepting dogs for a nail trim today and they assured me they were. As soon as I got there they took me in right away. My dog is 14lbs and super dramatic, hates nail trims… cries, yelps, growls, but groomer was so patient with her… telling her she was ok and tried to put her at ease during the whole thing. “Mobile orders always have an insanely fast turnaround time for curbside pickup. When I go inside, I am always greeted and it's usually the same familiar faces. Alan is always more than willing to help me load my car even when I insist that I got it. If something isn't available in the store, they offer to order it or find another store that does have it. The store is always clean and orderly and well stocked.”

Also love the fact I can order online and pick up either in store or curbside. I even love when they occasionally have the same day delivery for free. It saves me a trip to the store. “Simply an amazing store with employees who listen and care! Their staff is second to none! I had the pleasure of walking around w/associate and asked a lot of questions. The associate knew the answers and wasn’t pushy for me to purchase anything! Based off one conversation, I’ll be switching my puppy food little by little as I had no idea it’s made in China! To think the breeder recommended the food I currently give (shortly changing). I’m definitely going back there again. It’s worth a try, nothing to lose!!!! 10 out of 10!!!”
