I am fully disabled mentally and physically. So while the house has been on the market and even during open houses. I had potential buyers randomly coming to the house disturbing me with no updates as to them coming out. I ask if they contacted my realtor and told by many that he doesn’t answer his phone, texts, or emails, while he tells me and others that he is on the phone and calling people back, yet people still showed up. He has even told me that due to excessive phone calls about my house he just wants this done and over with. I am facing foreclosure and a sheriff sale due to unforeseen circumstances. I was told that because I have a lot on my plate that they would handle everything and yet it seems nothing has happened. I’m going to be losing a roof over my head today 11/20/2025 while being under contract. I have reached out to the realtor several times to find out what’s going on and he reads the messages and no response. He then writes me and asks if I did anything on my end like getting pay off quotes and whatever else. This is your job to do and someone’s life you are playing with but you get mad at me for waiting on a buyer who benefits everyone in the end. I turned away buyers because you say it’s not beneficial. Well for almost a month now I have tried reaching out especially for the past several days to put a stop to the sheriff sale and you have been ignoring me. I find that during all this he potentially bought a septic service company. While I’m losing a roof over my head. Even someone else they work with very rarely gets in touch and I tried reaching out to that person and no answer. I have no idea if the deal is or has gone through because no one reaches out. Stay far away from this company. I knew someone who worked for a remax company and they are the shadiest people ever.

One of the smoothest transactions I have had and I’ve moved 7 times in my life. Len and Nick listened to our goals, asked the right questions, and got the job done. From start to finish they had a system down, everyone knew their roles, everything went smooth, and we got 16k over asking. Highly recommend!

Not recommended at all everything is on their way and they do not listen to your opinion and what you want done phone calls will be not returned and emails either they will not work with a disabled you are not represented at the table for closing there will be no congratulations no thank yous and there will be no mementos given at the end of closing after thousands of dollars that you've given them

This was our first time buying a home, we have been dealing with a bunch of other realtors that weren’t really helping us at all, but when we met Kristina Zingler not only was she knowledgeable and helpful she also hooked us up with a way better mortgage broker, she will go above and beyond for you! If you want a smooth home buying experience you definitely want Kristina in your team!!

Stay far away from Dave Beach, took our listing went over why we should be 40k higher than our purchase price 6 mo ago. NO ONE CAME ! WE ASKED TO LOWER IT FOR TWO WEEKS! (No call) IN THIS SHORT SUMMER SEASON .He doesn't call back and when he did he was annoyed. He does whatever he wants unscrupuously. He posted worst pictures (can't figure it out) doesn't he want the commission?! Doesn't call again, reluctantly fixes pics and then w/out permission changes it to even worse pics. Mysteriously you can't write a review about him on Zillow too. So Google him !
