“Upon arrival, it was easy to find my unit. Initially, the unit I received was partially blocked by an exit sign, making it impossible to move in. The on site manager was not present as we arrived after hours. I called a service representative and she quickly helped place my reservation at a different numbered unit.
The iStorage location in Williamstown should endeavor to sell units that are unobstructed, however, being able to quickly resolve this problem meant it did not ruin my experience with this company.”
