Here the tech at Walmart transferred my apps and contacts but never set up an account for it I just want to recognize the girl at the Willingboro store on route 130 for going above and beyond to help me. My bill was higher than expected, the girls that helped me were really nice and explained my bill and even lowered my plan to something a bit more reasonable. I really appreciate the customer service here.

First, the employee was very rude to my 58 year old girlfriend, who knows very little bit of technology and is devastated that half the information from an android to an iPhone did not make it on and would like it on her photos or websites her contacts then when the manager was asked, she barely picked her head up at her phone and went. Yeah, I agree with him well because of their actions to phone lines from AT&T or no longer with them I immediately went to Verizon. Door is ridiculous. You’re so busy that being on their phone they’re not worried about your phone and for what you pay for AT&T.

Dee was incredible.She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right phone for what I needed. She recommended the Samsung S22 Ultra and I've loved it ever since.Please everyone go in and see Dee because she will make sure you're taken care of.

Store ordered my phone in early March....called AT & T today for status of phone. Store cancelled my order without letting me know. Never again will go to this location...talked a HUGE game and completely failed to deliver. Doesn't even deserve to get the 1 star I gave them

I'm standing outside the store, at 2 pm, after this store emailed me to come pick up my new phone and the doors are locked with a sign that says "out for lunch we'll be back soon" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Since when do retail stores close to go out for lunch? you couldnt even be bothered to post what time you'll be back? and why would you email me that my pickup is ready if you're going to arbitrarily lock the doors to go out for lunch? this store is A MESS...best believe I'll be calling corporate

I had to go to the AT&T TV store several times in order to get my problem resolved. I losted my debit card and I don't notify AT&T;therefore, I losted my first service with them. When I started the second service I could not use my Google username and password I had at home. My problem was finally solved by the AT&T manager, Chris who suggested we get a ethernet cable.
