I had a great customer service experience at CVS. When I entered the store, I asked where the nasal strips were located. The person behind the counter said, “Aisle 9 on the right.” Unfortunately, I didn’t see them there so I thought that they were out of them. I was wrong. He then came from behind the counter and went directly to them and pointed them out.I appreciate his knowledge and friendly service.

I dropped my prescription off two days before to have it filled and I get there and they’re taking their time to find it finally they say to me oh your prescription expired, And this is two days later no calls, no text just two days later when it could of been handled, this is not the first time, every time it’s an issue, I’m always the last to know, mind you they ask for date of birth and phone number and it seems they can’t find the phone number to let you know there is an issue with your script, this place sucks on notifications. I would rest them a no star if I could. They must do better.

I'm a frequent visitor to this location as it is near my house. However, another reason why I frequent this location is because of an excellent employee named Ernest! He is usually at the front registers and every time I see him, he is in a great mood! He is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful every time I see him. Whether its interacting with me or other customers. I have never seen him unfriendly or unhelpful. He is the biggest reason why I like going to this location. I wish all employees everywhere was more like him! Ernest is the best!! Thank you so much for your amazing service!

Smh...this is why residents of this town shop elsewhere. Customer service is terrible. My experience is in the pharmacy department. Pharmacist Maulik...SWAMPED with work, I understand. At my work I am too. But I would never be a smartA to him nor anyone else if roles were reversed. After his smart remark and I didn't follow suit and insult his intelligence in return, he then replied with a real answer. I will not do buisness with this CVS moving forward. If he heard clearly, what he said and what the girls said at their register did not match. Getting new customers means explaining your process and making adjustments if the process was not followed as explained. Nothing was corrected or solved. My insurance is issuing me a refund. Always make sure your pharmacy has ALL of your correct info. Even my address was incorrect.

The Pharmacy pharmacist, Heather, has very capably helped me o several occasions over the phone.
Their Pharmacy accolades have also been pleasant to interact with and I have been highly satisfied and grateful for their assistance when I visit the store.

Dr. Paul is excellent. He gave me my booster did not hurt.
The Manger at this store is awesome. He is always positive and work hard pleasing customers. He us nice to his employees. I love this CVS Willingboro Rock!!!

I came into the willingboro CVS at the Acme/ Burger king plaza. I drove up through drive thru. I was the only car . The lady with her sides shaved was so rude.
Not a hello... No goodbye. No smile...
When she pushed my medication through .. she walked away just leaving the box open with basket in it..
Now I'm not looking for a dam friend! But a simple hello would be sufficient..
We all have bad days.. I get it. Don't take that out on a innocent customer.. Our world is bad enough.. No need to treat someone in such a way.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Pharmacy. They get a prescription from my doctor at 7:35pm to have it ready in minutes before they close. That is efficiency. I will say that they have a sign of certain products that can now be accessed thru drive through and they’re not, that is not okay. But other wise, no complains from pharmacy end. Thank you.

I work in area and I sit with a 95 year old man all day I like to go out on my break it's about 8:30 pm so I went in like a lot of other days and I hear one of the workers saying I walk around there for a half an hour and don't buy anything witch isn't true I bye everything there I need and if I didn't I'm not aloud to shop not sure why but they lost my business and there was other customers there to hear ...
