I have nothing but good things to say about this Pharmacy. They get a prescription from my doctor at 7:35pm to have it ready in minutes before they close. That is efficiency. I will say that they have a sign of certain products that can now be accessed thru drive through and they’re not, that is not okay. But other wise, no complains from pharmacy end. Thank you.

I work in area and I sit with a 95 year old man all day I like to go out on my break it's about 8:30 pm so I went in like a lot of other days and I hear one of the workers saying I walk around there for a half an hour and don't buy anything witch isn't true I bye everything there I need and if I didn't I'm not aloud to shop not sure why but they lost my business and there was other customers there to hear ...

I usually have pretty good luck with limited waiting to pickup my RX medications. They keep you informed in text and push notifications so you know when your meds are ready for pickup. Everyone is courteous and friendly. This store is also a good place for your standard vaccinations. CVS also has a loyalty program for all your non-Rx needs, so you will save on your purchases.

Doesn't stock prescriptions...lie about when they will be in and refuse to answer calls in a timely matter.. completely unprofessional.. I've had far better experiences with the smaller mom and pop shops....FAR BETTER!!!

Worse drugstore I’ve ever been to. There is like eight people working in the Pharmacy area. And when I say working, I use that term loosely. I stand there and listen to their plans for the weekend or what they did last night Instead of watching them actually fill prescriptions and take care of customers.I was going on vacation and ordered a prescription to be ready by 10:04 AM today. I went there at 11:04 giving them an extra hour and it was not ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Obviously I cancel the order.They need to start caring about customer service.

I don’t know why it is but Walgreens is the best when it comes to prescription. The people in this pharmacy are lazy rude nasty!” Never called me back Waited two days for my son’s prescription. They never checked with the doctor because they did not have what he needed. This is the worst place Seriously they need new staff.

My go to pharmacy! They usually have the meds that I need and fill scripts quickly, which is always important. Staff seems to change often which will dictate how quick, pleasant, and efficient your service will be at the drive thru. The best staff is knowledgeable and friendly-they will get to know you and your family & look out for your medical needs. Pharmacy hours are changing (I believe) and they do take off for lunch so be sure to check before going. Always has plenty of parking, is a well lit lot and feels safe at any time. I highly recommend this particular location!

They refuse to pick up the phone. I literally called them and while on hold drove to the pharmacy. I walked it to my phone still being on hold while they were ignoring a call. There were no people at the drive through and 1 person at the waiting area. Staff was discussing Thanksgiving dinner plans and ignoring the phone. When I confronted them they said they are too busy to pick up the phone.

First i get to the drive thru the operator keeps getting my name wrong as im saying it clearly then the same thing with my bday. Now my appointment was in Turnersville nj i watched the doctor call my meds in. Turnersville is roughly 45 min but took me an hour do to it raining. There seriously needs to be a corporate supervisor over seeing things. Even phone callls ur on hold for 30 min. This is still customer service based and this is not good service and is unfair to customers. CORPORATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING UNLESS YOU DONT CARE.

No care.. very unprofessional...Slow.. Corporate Supervision is severely needed. I was told at one point my meds were not there the young guy refused to spell my name correctly as if he wanted to deter me so I could leave, when I insisted he not play games with me he found my prescription after 30 minutes of toying with me, I was just coming from urgent care for treatment and had to deal with the games.I was ill and had to pull over to vomit, that came from the stress he put me through. the pharmacist was there she was on a personal call what sounded like a girlfriend and she wasn't Discerned with his actions.please send someone to clean that up.It's disappointing and disgusting.

Was on hold for over 40 min waiting for someone to answer the phone trying to get blood pressure medicine. Then I hang up called back on hold another 20 min still no answer I gave up can't deal with CVS
