This place has become awful. There should be no reason it takes half an hour for a pharmacist to answer the phone. And then when they do answer they are not helpful both on the phone and in the store. Shut this location down. Especially the pharmacy.

Usually an ok experience, today there was a line and the cashier Caleb refused to correct the self checkout register so at least some people could use it, why have it and not be able to use it, his attitude was very nonchalant. Do better CVS!!!

The Pharmacy department is the worst. The people that work there always seem to have an attitude. I pull up in the drive thru and the first thing you say to me is Do you have a question. I'm sorry, now is that the way you greet a customer? Not sure where they learned that from. No Hello, good afternoon or how can I help you and no have a good night. In addition, It is very challenging to get someone on the phone. They take at least 10 to 15mins to answer the phone, but when you get there, there is no customer waiting to be help, but yet there is about 3 people behind the counter. I spoke to the manager Jason and he didn't find my complaint a concern for him. He said it is because they are busy. I told him you can be busy, but the customer service should always be there. He basically didn't care about how I felt and told me he didn't see anything to be an issue. In my opinion that explains exactly why the customer service level is where it is at. It is because the manager sees not issue and therefore can't improve the service. I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Now the store part is amazing. The manager and the employees are always so friendly.

Lack of professionalism, know how and basic phone etiquette must be this pharmacy’s credo. Long wait period before calls are answered. Problem resolution is not their strong suit. Overall experience is not even worth 1 star! This review is as a result of contacting and speaking to employees within the pharmacy department.

My and daughters and I stopped in this CVS to browse and also to get specific items. We spent time looking at cheap nail polish. People, invest. We lost two bucks going cheap. It comes off within one hour. Makeup was everywhere. I checked out deodorant prices. We saw Hello Kitty and friends gracing upscale bath products. The best part was a display box of one buck earrings. There were both options- pierced and clip on. A rainbow of colors that pleased both Ronni and I. Or, romantics and rockers. This CVS is roomy and bright. Good product selection. Has a drive-thru, too.
