I'd rather use Lyft or Uber on a calling card than use them. 1 minute they say it's one price and then the next it's another. Not too convenient for me

My husband pre-paid for a ride for me from Burlington New Jersey to Florence New Jersey in a car the right takes three minutes. After I stood in front of my job for 20 minutes I begin to walk home 35 minutes into the walk the cab arrived. I explain to the cab driver did it when I drive that same route it takes me 7 to 9 minutes explain that it was traffic. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to get from Burlington New Jersey to Burlington New Jersey because he literally was staying in the same town. I called Marvin the owner to ask for a discount or a refund of some sort and because my husband had pre-paid he basically was SOL. So when I explain to him that I was less than two minutes from home and I had walked more than half the way to home that the ride was not $20 it wasn’t a $20 ride and I was do some sort of refund and he insisted that I wasn’t that it was indeed a $20 ride. Do not use flex cab. Not only will lift him to find you another driver but they will refund you if they never arrive or not in a timely fashion they will give you some sort of discount. Do not use Marvin services at flex taxi and limousine in Burlington New Jersey on route 130

Garbage services and a thief. My husband pre-paid for a ride from my job to my house which is a five minute ride in the car not even five minutes after I stood in front of my job for 25 minutes waiting for the cab to pick me up from Burlington New Jersey and the cab service is in Burlington New Jersey I walked 45 minutes almost home. When I finally got in the cab I was in a cab for less than two minutes before I got dropped off I called because I wanted a refund of some sort it wasn’t funny all right Marvin the owner hung up on me. He’s a thief, he’s shady, useless you’ll do better using a Lyft because you’re going to start walking home before the cab comes anyway. Ghetto as hell do not recommend

Terrible customer service tell you a half hour shows up a hour and a half late car need to be cleaned they are discussing drive plays rap music while people are in the cab and stead if paying attention to the road he plays on his phone terrible service

Called to get info about a round trip ride and whoever i spoke to was either drunk or on drugs. He was very incoherent! Needless to say i did not even bother to request a ride.Just use Uber or other taxi service if you want good results.

Just watched one of the drivers blow through a stop sign with complete disregard to other cars who had the right of way. Didnt even come to a close stop. I wouldn't trust them with my life in the back seat
