I visited about a week ago from out of state and I wanted to take some time out to write a review based off my experience with a specific employee. She was very welcoming from the beginning to the end. Was very informative about where things were located in the store. She showed true hospitality and sounded very happy to be there. Truly a gem to experience! I didn't get her name in the midst of our interaction but I will be coming back when I visit again. I’m really torn I didn’t get her name. Hopefully her hard works pays off for a better position in the future! Nice young lady with a great personality and a bright future!

They still have no dressing room. And, the older Black man was being annoying and made me very uncomfortable. I definitely tuned him out and found some great buys for my summer vacation. My advice for trying on clothes is to wear a fitted long sleeve shirt and leggings. Hopefully you're able to find a mirror and try on whatever you're buying that way. They have the best prices!!!! Worth my hour drive minus the two cons I just mentioned.

Very Bad experience today while trying to donate items here. The 'gentleman' at the receiving dock in the back was very Rude and Lazy. I'm a senior, and I loaded my trunk, even the heavy stuff, all by myself, and I hoped that the "men" at the goodwill would at least help me unload. But there was just one man, and he wasn't doing anything, but kept asking me to carry items and hand them to him while he stood on the steps. He complained that he was old and his back hurt. I pointed out that I was also old, and much smaller than him, but he talked over me, complaining about his own pains.
When I asked if he would at least lift a heavy suitcase out of my trunk, he complained about how heavy it was as he let it bang down on my bumper. I guess he thought I didn't notice that. He complained the entire time. The last thing I want is to be hassled by goodwill workers because I brought them stuff.
And, I see on another comment from a year ago, it sounds like the same guy on the dock being a miserable and rude person. And management responded with "we'll handle this". Right. Sure you did. I'm going to look for a St Vincent DePaul store to donate to next time.
So, folks, if you want to donate, and you need help carrying stuff, don't bring it here. Take it elsewhere, maybe someplace where the workers are doing their jobs.

I cannot stress this enough. This place is ripping people off with the items that they get for free. Goodwill has bad intentions this location a very poor policy practices specifically they are not pricing items and then when you bring it to their attention they say we will tag it tomorrow. Staff also admitted that they retag most items that are suppose to be going on sale based on the colors for the week and will change them because “ Corporate” tell them to. I was stunned… You get items for free so that people who need may be able to afford them but turn around and lie about actually putting donated items on sale… bonkers! Let not start about how employees are treated by “Corporate” anyway happy shopping to you all in this horrible greedy capitalist economy.

Unfortunately, I will no longer visit/shop at this goodwill location due to my very unpleasant experience dealing with management. I had a simple question regarding a discrepancy in price regarding an item and spoke to the manager Jahara “Jay”. She was abrasive, short tempered, and aggressive in her tone and nonverbal body language towards me. She also appeared to be short tempered with me and staff as well. I asked if one of the workers could get her to come to the floor and discuss the concern I had at first but it seemed as though she didn’t want to come out of the back of the store and I could hear her hollering as she reluctantly came to discuss my concerns. It seemed as though she could not be bothered with a customers concern. If I am not mistaken this is the role of management which is to address the needs of the customer. She appeared to be frustrated and agitated at the point of discussion. I have shopped at this goodwill for years and it’s unfortunate as this interaction was so distasteful I will not be back. I have reached out to corporate and am awaiting a call back. My advice to corporate is to encourage more classes and workshops on customer service to their employees or hire individuals who actually want to work or treat customers with respect because I am appalled at how I was treated and it is unacceptable.

Management is garbage and terrible training for new employees that's why they can't keep any new workers ??????
