I enjoy getting my nails done with Shirley. She is the best tech there. The place needs to be updated all the way around. They barely have the nail gel colors I want and the place needs to be kept. No one seems to know how to do designs.

I went in yesterday to get a quick polish change on my toes (the polish was partially off). I got a French tip with gel polish and paid $30. She drilled both my big toes to the meat and now I have two cuts. I was basically over charged because they no longer get the traffic they did 20 years ago. It’s old, outdated and I will never go back there again for ANYTHING!

Went in for this design, nail tech had no intentions on doing so.::: I asked nicely if she can do that .. no response. Proceeded to do whatever she felt like doing . I was not happy .. my tips were not shaved down or cleaned up afterwards.
$90 for full set , eyebrows and pedi without the nails I wanted.
First picture what I wanted , second picture what the results were ..
I will not be returning here. Waste of money and time

Clean shop but horrible attitude. The lady who served me has the nastiest disposition. From a sour face to a dirty/black-ish aura it matched her entire attitude. Curt responses. Look of annoyance. No ma’am. That’s not what customer service entails. Then wonder why ratings are poor. Poor attitude = poor feedback.

The shop was a mess. There was only two people working. The nails that I originally wanted came out totally different and very curved. I wanted my acrylics to have a black French tip with black pixie dust but instead I got glitter glue to my tip which I didn’t mind. Then after she applied the glitter on my french tip she put a topcoat which ruin the whole set and made The black French tip look lumpy. I went to ask her where did the glitter go and that’s not how I wanted it and she removed the topcoat and put glitter nail polish instead. And when the guy was applying and gluing the nails he made one of them crooked two of them shorter than the other ones and one that was completely out of place and fell out while he was applying the acrylic. I had to switch to a different nail tech in the shop but they were still bad. Worst Nail Salon ever. The first time I went there they did a horrible job this is my second time coming to give them a second chance. Failed miserably.

My MINI Full Set popped off within 3 days.... mini meaning there were nubs. The gel application is horrible it has little Black air bubbles in it. My cuticles were also bleeding from The Nail Tec being so rough while filing! Shirley talks about people in her language right in front of them very unethical and insolent woman , She makes me feel very uncomfortable. I will Never come back here again If I could get a Negative 5 Star I would . Worst Nail Salon Ever what a waste of my time and hard earned money.Services: Pedicure
