Citiwide Public Adjusters is the company to turn to, if you have need a public adjuster. This company was phenomenal in all aspects of communication and referrals. I had a water main meter valve break in my home which, resulted in almost 24 hours of water running into my basement. I called Citiwide Public Adjusters late Saturday night and my call was returned immediately the next day. I scheduled for them to come out and assess the situation and not even an hour later I had a company scheduled to come out and begin the process of cleaning up. Citiwide Public Adjusters dealt with every aspect of my homeowners insurance and seeing to it that the claim was well suited to cover damages and the personal property that we lost due to the water. This company has been around for a very long time and has established excellent rapport with both their clients and the companies that they deal with. They took the headache of my problem and dealt with it. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, knowledge of their business services and how I was treated as a client. Trust me, you will be satisfied with all they do. I just want to add, their fee is unbelievably reasonable.
