To say I am disappointed with the service I received is an understatement. I won't go into details other than to say when i pay for a service my expectation is that the service is complete. On Feb 28th I paid $475 to add a Sonos Sub woofer to my system that was previously installed in my back yard..We are approaching 30 days since I paid for the system and I can't even get a return call .Update from my last post. a week agoThis man is my neighbor. I found him on the internet & was initially excited that he was so close. I can literally stand in my driveway & see his house. Needless to say I have still yet to hear back from him. The last fabricated story he told me that he was in the hospital. I wish I had read the other reviews about how he STOLE customers money before I did business with him. The pen is mightier than the sword so I will take the necessary action.

Outstanding! Jonathan did an incredible job installing the home theater in my living room. Saying that I am pleased is really an understatement - I'm thrilled. I look forward to working with Jonathan and his team again in the near future to install a new tv and sound system in my bedroom.

Jonathan was recommended to me by a few friends so I decided to give him a shot because the seemed so satisfied with his work. I needed a home theater setup in my basement and he got the job done. He actually exceeded my expectations. There was nothing that I asked that he couldn't do. He was cool professional and even has a great sense of humor and his pricing is more than fair. When I'm ready for my next project he's first on my list.

Jonathan did an excellent job building our home theater system. He was quick and the price was right. He installed a 7.2 surround sound. My house sounds like a movie theater.

FirstHAPPY NEW YEAR ???HOPEFULLY ALL GOODANDYEAHSSTILL WORKING GREAT ??THANKS FOR ALL YOUR WORKSTAKE CARESHELLY2/2024Jonathan did a great job helping to guide us to install our first outside TV with all the many details to considerWe love our 65” Peerless Neptune hanging by special arm mounting support with an added sonos sound barHe was Friendly professional and very helpful and got the work done as he promised we’d see the Olympic Games opening ceremony last FridayNow10:10 pm Sunday watching them now ..Remember folks the remotes aren’t waterproof…starting to drizzle here in NJThe Tv did uphold it’s waterproofing since it rained before all was done and Jonathan came backTo finalize everything timely and hopefully won’t need to use his three year warranty for any issues haha ?PS::: he was very reasonable priced for what he needed to do for the extended time he was there to install on our 2nd fl deck haha ? again

Jonathan was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came out a day later. Very helpful and enjoyable to work with. Reasonably priced services, and he even checks in after the job is done to see how everything is going and to offer additional tips and help. Great experience all around.

Jonathan and Theresa came out to install a new receiver for our home theater. He first came out to give me a free estimate which was so much better than dealing with Best Buy where I bought the receiver. He is honest, a pleasure to work with and was able to install it in a quick timeframe after the estimate. He made sure every component was working and the surround sound connected properly before leaving. I would hire him again if we ever need anything else replaced or upgraded.

I bought a Samsung 65 inch Tv, Jonathan was very professional with all he did in installing the tv and the soundbar. Will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

Stay away from this guy. He is a thief. He will lie to your face with a smile. Most of his reviews are from family and friends. He asked me to leave a review before sticking me. I spoke with the Burlington County Prosecutors Office and they are working on an indictment. The more that come out as victim, the better of a chance he will be found guilty. What you’re doing Jon is criminal and you will get free room and board from the State.Jonathan came out and said I had a short and needed a new internet wire. Came out a second time with internet wire and said I didn’t need it. Charged me an additional $85 . I called the next day and said the wire he said had a short wasn’t changed and the tv was still going out. He said I will be there tomorrow at 10 am. Never showed. Won’t return my calls nor will he return what I paid. The issue still isn’t fixed. Stay away. Not sure why he never returned . He didn’t fix anything.

Jonathan Dale from Jscole Sound stole my $1000 deposit on a Home Theater Projector he was suppose to purchase and install. After many promises of delivering and many no shows I took him to court twice. First time he never showed up and I won the case.The second hearing was a video conference with the judge which he admitted that he owed me the money. Since the video conference twice he promised me to pay me and he has not. That was two months ago. I am filing for payment thru The Burlington County Court House. I just want to warn everyone not to do business with Jonathan Dale and Jacole Sound. This has never happened to me. I am very disappointed in Jonathan. I trusted him and he seemed like an honest and nice man.Shame on him.Bob Moorestown

Johnathan and his crew did such an amazing job for me today. The installed my two tv’s and surround system in my new apartment. His work is seamless and he came prepared with his tools and brought his own nails to mount my TV. He even hung some mirrors and measured every items he installed. He’s a perfectionist and I’m happy he was a recommendation from a friend. Calling him again next week to install a few more things for me. I definitely recommend him and he’s knows what he’s doing. Thank you again for making my new home perfect.

Jacole sound was great !! It took him less than 30 mins. He was extremely professional and fast, and he knew exactly what he was doing so I could tell this wasn’t his first rodeo ! I trust him to mount my future TV’s. Thank you so much guys I love it !!!Okay so update: I called him to come mount a second TV for me, so we both were on the same page and he was gonna bring the TV and mount it for me, so all of a sudden he starts ignoring me for days !! when I finally got in contact with him he says he got into a car accident which I knew was a LIE ! Because I texted him from another number and he answered that number immediately!! So here’s my confusion Jonathan, you won’t respond to a paying customer who left you 5 starts but you’ll respond to a random text free number ? And from what I was reading other people have said the same thing !! He lied and told someone else in the reviews that his daughter got into a car accident (I guess that’s the lie he uses when he gets caught avoiding people) he mounts tv’s fast and does his job well but he lies, and he avoids people for whatever reason and has horrible communication skills.

A complete fraud! I paid Jonathan $4800 for hardware. He failed to deliver and after hounding him for months for a refund he has continued to give me the runaround. He has paid me some back in installments and then has gone silent and refuses to answer the phone or respond to texts. He still owes me over $1000. Been dealing with him for a year now. He's completely unreliable, a liar and a fraud. The business address he has listed is a residential location to avoid scammed customers. Read further reviews and you'll see I'm not the only one with this experience.
