I can go on and on but, to provide a more concise review, they 1) demonstrated innovative ways to ensure my satisfaction 2) provided multiple options to work within my budget 3) kept the kitchen area clean (a pet peave) with fresh coffee and condiments daily and finally 4) quickly responded to all my concerns which were minimal but it was their speed that was most impressive.As someone who’s worked in various high-level positions, Customer service has always been a focus for me and this office was the best choice as the first choice.Mr. Fogelman and the entire Marlton IO team are amazing! If you’re searching for the ideal office, the buck stops here. You won’t regret it! They have over delivered on value.”

“The expert multitasking, efficiency & friendly cordiality I saw all 3 employees exhibit during the lengthy time I was there. The store was very busy & they served a multitude of customers needing different things. The lady helping me w copies, emails & faxes went back & forth between me & other customers with ease- never forgetting me or where she was with me & kept me posted while awaiting fax confirmations. I was, quite frankly, amazed! I couldn't have done it! Esp keeping my cool w an irate customer over the phone in the midst of a constant stream of traffic coming in on a summer Friday afternoon. I've been to other UPS stores where you could never count on these digital office tasks being avail, so I called ahead to make sure they would be & was relieved to hear they would be. They even had a chair in the corner of this tiny store where I could sit & fill out forms I'd just printed to be faxed- a great relief as I use a cane & can't stand for long- plus had to wait for a ride when done (& had to finish in time for the pu). This lady worked as fast as she could to help get me done in time- even tho they were SO busy & I was really impressed how calm & collected AND ATTENTIVE they ALL stayed in the midst of such madness! Well done UPS team & THANKS! I'll be back♥️”

“The best UPS experience ever communication outstanding I could always speak to someone at the store every time I called Jay was amazing knew the auction house personally which I won an item on Wednesday and the next day Thursday I paid them jay went went over on Friday am and I paid shipping and he said you should receive by Saturday or within three days the item arrived Saturday before 1 pm perfectly packed and very reasonably priced I would highly recommend. You can’t go wrong !!”
