“I’m used to going to Kohl’s to return Amazon products I went to this UPS store and since I’m a first time customer they obliged and didn’t charge me for the return and informed me to come in and keep the box it came in or bag to make it easier return and I would recommend this sore. They were honest and worth going to for any shipping needs”
“This is the best UPS Store in the area. There are always plenty of people to help and usually someone right at the front door to assist you with what you need. Peggy has helped me with some Amazon returns the last few times I came in and she is always so quick and helpful.”

“Had to return a Wacom Cintiq 24 and monitor.Suffice to say, the experience was excellent both times and I would recommend this store for anyone's packaging needs. The associates are nice and to the point and the fact the Wacom made it to its destination unscathed should say a lot about this store.I'll be coming back for any returns, as well as any other general shipping needs in the future.”
“I had to get my fingerprints done here for work. This is the second or third time I've been here for prints this time was fantastic! I had Michelle today and I was in and out. I've never had prints done so effortlessly before. The last two times I was here the other woman was sweet but it took a bit to get the prints right. Not Michelle, she is definitely the best”

“I went to the UPS store on Saturday with a bunch of returns for Amazon. I didn’t realize (completely my fault) that some of the items I could bring without packaging and others needed to be boxed up. Serra was so patient and went above and beyond to help me package my items with extra boxes they had there. It took a really long time but she saved me! I know the UPS store isnt supposed to do that, and I so appreciate the help she gave me. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!”

“IO Marlton has gone above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied tenant. I can go on and on but, to provide a more concise review, they 1) demonstrated innovative ways to ensure my satisfaction 2) provided multiple options to work within my budget 3) kept the kitchen area clean (a pet peave) with fresh coffee and condiments daily and finally 4) quickly responded to all my concerns which were minimal but it was their speed that was most impressive.As someone who’s worked in various high-level positions, Customer service has always been a focus for me and this office was the best choice as the first choice.Mr. Fogelman and the entire Marlton IO team are amazing! If you’re searching for the ideal office, the buck stops here. You won’t regret it! They have over delivered on value.”

“I had a very important package to be sent with a very high value. I was a bit nervous, and didn’t want to screw anything up immediately I was greeted by a very Courteous staff member, who was very helpful and turned my confusion into a very pleasant experience, the young African-American lady, whose name I do not know Gave me great instruction and Direction. Long story short package was sent properly and I slept very well.”

“There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.”
