Good morning all! I have to share my thoughts this morning on my experience on Monday evening visiting Metro by T-Mobile at 4324 Route 130, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046. I have had many occasions to visit Metro by T-Mobile Stores in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Lithonia, Georgia and now my most awesome experience in dealing with this Store in Willingboro, NJ. I went into the Store so frustrated and ready to change my Phone Dealer. I was having numerous problems with my phone and was going from Store to Store in NJ where I was told I had to buy a new phone, which I couldn't afford. I walked into this Store, handed my phone to the Agent, sat down (very clean & colorful place). After waiting a few minutes, I walked out a very, very happy woman. All my phone problems were solved. I could not believe it!! On my way out the Store, the words I used to describe my experience and the Agent were "Awesome" "Love". I plan to recommend my friends and family to this Willingboro Metro by T-Mobile for their honesty, professionalism, and 'awesomeness'. I recommend them highly as a "10" on a scale of 1 to 10.

Store overcharges and prices their phones higher idk why. I drove to the store got 1 price drove to a different store and magically I got my phone for 70 less than what they said in store in willingboro.. SCAMMERS!!! What do u guys do just make it up as u go along and charge people depending on what they look like when they walk thru the door or do u guys flip a coin?

i am writing a review for metro by t mobile store on rt 130 in willingboro nj. i needed to switch from trac phone. i went with my metro by t mobile because of a $25 promotion they were running. when i arrived at the store; i met a representitive named marcus. this man is the most knowlegeable; most gracious person i had ever done business with. he not only took care of the port switch; he went the extra mile and made absolutely sure everything was done right. he is such an asset to this business. i; from now on; will only deal with this man and this store for my cell phone needs. it was such a pleasure dealing with marcus. he should receive a visit from sir richard branson. so sir richard could thank him in person; for being a stellar representitive of t mobile. thank you marcus.

The one guy is a fast talker. Quoted me and my guy one price for two phones, but when we went to pay it was $100 more. When he got called out on it, he apologized like Oh I misquoted. Didn't point out or tell us about the return policy. Didn't like the phones at all and tried to return them the next day, and was told the policy is if you upgrade you can't return the phone. He stepped outside to "call" his boss to see what he could do for me not knowing my boyfriend was standing out there... my boyfriend said he wasn't even talking to anyone. These guys are only about making the sell. I'll stick to going to Cherry Hill. I feel like we got bamboozled.

This store is absolutely amazing!!!Really great customer service. Came in with a problem and they corrected the issue even convinced me to upgrade. Highly recommend these guys.
