This is the worst nail splash to go to. I went there on Sunday, August 10th, 2025, with my 6 years old son. The lady who did our nails did a terrible job and she was rude. I kindly asked her to scrub my feet, she rudely interrupted me and she didn't let me finish my sentence. She charged me more money than the actual price. She made our nails look terrible. Our nails were poorly shaped uneven. The clear nail polish that she used was not a good quality. When I told her about her bad service, she said that I should had chosen a better clear nail polish. I said to her that was a lie because I didn't choose any clear nail polish. She pulled the clear nail polish from her drawer at her station. If I made a request of what I want, it doesn't mean that I want her to use a bad product or expired clear nail polish on my nails. I requested to speak with a supervisor, when I explained everything to her supervisor about my bad experience, the supervisor agreed to fix it. However, it wasn't a good fix either because the supervisor only applied another coating clear nail polish to the one the lady has applied before. She was supposed to fix the poor uneven shaped nails and removed the bad or expired clear nail polish from my nails before applying the new one. When I tried to explain to the supervisor that she wasn't doing a better job either, the supervisor doesn't speak English. Unbelievable, I received a very bad service and the supervisor had a language barrier. I am begging people not to go at the Nail Splash at 4364 US 130 Unit E, Willingboro NJ 08046 because they are rude, incompetent, and supervisor is unable to communicate with clients because of her language barrier. The Rating for this Nail Splash is Zero.😐
