The establishment appreciates its customers, as demonstrated when the manager, Nick, rectified a miscommunication and went above and beyond to resolve a bad experience. A standout employee is Harriet, who always puts a smile on everyone’s face, works hard to keep the place clean, and is constantly folding or helping customers. She is described as so sweet and kind, and all the kids love her. For first-time visitors, a helpful lady walked through the entire process step by step, from obtaining a card to choosing the right washer, making the experience as pleasant as a laundromat could be. The facility offers self-service options with numerous washers and dryers, including eight 75 lb washers for large loads, plus complimentary drying with every wash. However, there is a recommendation to get more larger size dryers, as there are only four and one does not work well due to a door that doesn't always stay closed. Overall, Super Clean Laundromat provides top-quality care for fabrics and is highly recommended to family and friends.
