Customers also appreciated the friendly and helpful service, with staff helping locate items and apologizing when items were unavailable. Overall, Walgreens provides helpful customer service and efficient prescription services, though improvements in speed and system efficiency are needed.
The pharmacy used to be great but over the last 2 months you can never get through on the phone no matter what time you call.. you stand in line or in the drive through for 25 minutes minimum.. and for the second time.. I only received one of my “ready” prescriptions.

Ever since the Springside Rd one closed-A very good one,.. we've had to use the one on 130-A living hell.. In every facet of trying to get a prescription filled... We're going to go to CVS-A horrible pharmacy, but NOT as bad as this one...
