I have been banking with WF for several years and have only been to this location twice because of the horrible word of mouth reviews. Both times I entered this location I left unsatisfied and disappointed. I live in Willingboro. I should not have to travel to the Moorestown location in order to receive great customer service, but I do because I trust the employees there. This location has horrible consideration for customer care, especially to loyal customers who have been banking with the company for years. Today I waited over a half hour for a notary, just to leave without my papers being notarized. The representative chuckled and offered no other help. Nor would he accept my ID and let me initial or resign the document because I had signed it before I got to the location. He was rude, as everyone in there usually are. I refuse to ever step foot in that WF location ever again.
