Very frustrated with Amerigas. I called for tank removal 6 weeks ago. Spoke to a representative. Nothing happened. Called again a week ago. Still, no removal, no billing statement. Is anyone paying attention at this place?

They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. You speak to a CSR and try to resolve the issue but what is said is never done. They are slow, never have enough propane to deliver. They are just the worst.

I paid for 100 gallons to be delivered. They only delivered 50 now. I have been arguing with them for over a week to get my other 50 gallons. It’s almost impossible to contact anybody there and when you do they are rude. I’ve had to call seven times. Over two weeks and still waiting. I have no idea how they stay in business or they are allowed to continue to conduct business with all their lawsuits and the way they treat customers. I think I would rather freeze than have to do business with this company.

This company overcharges and does whatever they want without consequences! They owe me over $1300! They do this bc they are well aware propane companies are extremely limited so you have no choice but to take their shit. Thieving company they are! If I could, I’d change companies over a decade ago!!!! Their reps are robotic-like with no answers or resolutions to the issues brought up! Terrible customer service!

We've been using H&H gas/ameri gas for many years they've always done what they said they were going to do and their drivers are safe friendly and cautious of our property

Again, your driver made a mess sinking his truck into lawn area. you've suggested compensation, but all bluster so far, while of coarse still collecting your fees.

The worse, if my tank was not already replaced. I would have change service. The worse customer service I have ever experience. I had to pay for a site survey and was not notify upfront until I logged into my account to see a past due which I never had. I have always paid up front for my deliveries. Spoke with 5 people and two supervisor and each single one gave a different story about getting my new tank refill and had me worried about running out of propane. Normally don't like to post negative review but you guys earned this one. Look at the time on the last call, I have been on hold to figured a resolution.

I called in to ask to be put on a payment plan for propane fill and when I said I couldn’t make a payment that day because I needed time I was told to hang up.
